Nice build. I did the same model and found the same problems i.e. putty in joints etc. Also I had a mare of a time fitting the top wing to the struts but did get there. Well done.
In all honesty, try everything! see what works for you. I love the look from an Airbrush, but uasually only use it as a overall color or on larger models. Tracing with a pencil is good enough, just remember to paints slightly over the lines so they don't seep through. When I'm masking I LOVE Tamiya tape, every modeller should have it, Its a nice semi transparent yellow. so you can minda see the base of your model, as well it sticks very tight to the model. See what works for you mate :)
Nice work man. Can you give me some advice on the painting? Like what to use.. pencil/paintbrusher or/and airbrusher? And how you masked the parts you dont want to color? Just get this kit, and really dont want to frak up! :)
You mean Humbrol? I really like Humbrol paints however the little paint pots got too diry too quick, keeping them clean was way too much a hassel, since my hobby shop doesn't have Humbrol Acrylic I switched to Tamiya acrylic, they are a good color for wht i need and can be airbrushed very easily :)
Ouais....

Nice neat work, thats a good looking Swordfish. I like the vid compilation, and build notes, especialy the summary. It was well thought out.
