Short warning: If you're following this tutorial, there's a chance your dolphins will all die. I tried this in creative, and they all die, since they need to come up for air to survive. When you walk away from a certain range, the dolphin's AI will stop working, so it cannot come up for air, which leads to its death. I recommend using axolotls and turtles instead.
