- World Vision CEO Daniel Wordsworth says there is an “enormous flood” happening in the southern part of Brazil.
Around 149 people have been confirmed dead in the floods.
Mr Wordsworth says the size of where the flood is, is “larger than the state of Victoria”.
“Floods don’t just stop, this is going to keep on going for weeks.”
Brazil is the 3rd largest country on earth in terms of land, the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul is about 3 thousand kilometers away from the AMAZON, The south of Brazil in this autumn-winter period is influenced by cold, polar and humid fronts coming from ANTARCTIC AND SOUTH OF THE ANDES
Thank you for your support, from Rio Grande do Sul❤
I can imagine the state Victoria underwater. I often do.
Why? Are you sick in the head ?
🤣as a Brazilian who has no idea why you got beef with Victoria state that was quite hilarious
Não brinca com coisa séria. Não desejo isto nem para meu inimigo.
She'll be right
With increasing global surface temperatures the possibility of more droughts and increased intensity of storms will likely occur. As more water vapor is evaporated into the atmosphere it becomes fuel for more powerful storms to develop.

WEF wants Sky to give more attention to Brazil
Yes Mr Claus.
Warmer oceans increase the amount of water that evaporates into the air. When more moisture-laden air moves over land or converges into a storm system, it can produce more intense precipitation-for example, heavier rain and snow storms.
Its called geoengineering. Cloud seeding
@@clamboat6075No good talking to these kinds
The greatest expansion of life on earth occurred in the oceans 540 million years ago when CO2 was at its peak. Temperatures were 10C warmer. atmospheric CO2 levels were more than 15 times higher than they are now, and corals and shellfish evolved.
Yes23, is brazil north or south of the atlantic convergence zone ?
@@clamboat6075 LOL... no. There goes the Conspiracy Theories. Do you believe in chemtrails too?
Is this related to deforestation???
WEF called Sky to upload this story, wasn't getting enough fear mongering.
No. It's mostly El Niño. The rainforest is over 4000km away.

@@Fusso 2000 km away, if you consider the southern border of the Amazon to the northern border of the state.
