What is the twin skin mainsail? North Sails explains.

- the twin-skin sail idea is almost a century old,
- North Sails have no intention of explaining any details about twin-skin sails

Assuming a batten on each sail, are they linked together, the battens are a science in themselves

Most hang gliders, except for begginner ones, have double surface since the early 80s. In a way, they are more aerodinamically advanced than sail boats...

I think the chances of a sailing novice wanting to listen to north sails is remote... this is far too basic and you need to get into the complux control systems.... otherwise i wont be coming back for a janet and john session here.... it makes north sails also look stupid btw
