If a foreigner from egypt ,for example, in England and works in a restaurant and does not have any official papers, he resides in England and learns programming and chooses to front end and stays well, can he find a job as a junior in England?If I work in a programming startup, you can make a work contract for him and give him official papers to reside in England؟؟؟
