In the 80’s when this group busted out in the USA I was in a sports bar watching the NBA playoffs. This song (video) was playing on one of the tvs behind the bar. as I passed by it caught my eye and ears and I was absolutely floored by the guitar playing and the song. Since then I’ve seen this group live 4 x . I met a few of them after a show and shad brief conversation. Such classy and wonderful human beings. in my live I never seen any other band more than twice - the Gipsy kings are all that and more. So organic and pure and I have no idea what they are saying but I sure feel the music . Long live and god bless this super talented family of gifted musicians.

ok the girl in the blue top...WOW. but the girl in the white top... OMG, i'm speachless, just absolutely gorgeous and so hot. made me want to get up and dance with her :D btw the gipsy kings are gods, absolutely love them.
Please remember the origins of flamingo and gipsy music...musicians, dancers entertainers from India would follow the armies on conquest...When Moors conquered Spain these Indian Gypsies introduced the music, dance and passion. Many Spanish would never give credit to black and brown people to built the foundations of Spain. The Black Muslims Moors from Africa taught the Spanish farming, medicine, science, building etc etc...When Europe was truly in the dark ages Spain under Moorish rule gave light. Thank you...
The last time I checked Moors were Arabs, not Blacks (and Cleopatra was Greek, not Black or even Arab, as some segment likes to tell us). I cannot imagine my life without Black Blues, but lets not falsify history - let's leave that job to Communists and Nazis.

Sorry to be shallow, but this is business and just as females are manipulated by their figure youth and looks i would definately say The Gypsy Kings need to be replaced by younger, handsome (i was going to say talented but that isnt necessary) Some handsome young Spaniards out their can set up their own maybe 'The Gypsy Jacks' Im thinking of the prince in the deck of cards was called a Jack. just looked at the year 2009!!!! Maybe they have rejuvenated the band? 12 years on!!! These guys must be in a spanish town somewhere sat watching the world go by like old spaniards seem to do.
That sounded pretty bad, I got to say his voice was probably already going by then. I'm glad I saw them in 95 when they were still in great form. You think they really need 7 guitars.
