Same frets as me, just ignore my B string - pretend its not there. You can also take liberties on where you want to play your notes on the bass - as long as they are the right notes, no one will care where on the neck you're playing them - unless of course you're a couple octaves off then they might say something.
If it comes up on our church's song list. Otherwise I probably won't have time to dive into it. I've heard only a shot section of it, but it sounded like a cool song.
