I bought a couple of the generation 1 version of these to give out at christmas one for myself when they were on sale for $18 at walmart. This thing sounds great. I have it hanging in my shower now. if you point it toward the tile you shower sounds like a concert hall.

I bought one of these several years ago it lasted for roughly 4 years before I broke it at work and road construction but it was awesome. And kudos to your channel for actually playing the speaker, so many channels do reviews and don't even turn on the damn things

I own a charge 3 that I haven't updated to connect plus but I'm looking for a 2nd speaker so I can get NOTICEABLY LOUDER VOLUME so does anyone have an opinion if I should buy a 2nd charge 3 or a charge 4 and update my charge 3 to connect plus so I can pair them? Some told me just buy a soundcore motion boom that it would be way louder then my charge 3 and I didn't think it was. It did sound better and was a little louder but not enough. I need something louder to be installed on a high power electric scooter and doing 40mph with a full helmet and road noise the charge 3 by itself isn't cutting it! THANK YOU GUYS AND/OR GALS FOR ANY HELP YOUS CAN PROVIDE ME......

that thing sounds boxy and nasal - even with the electronic ( a silly way to test a speaker) music - - a better buy are the little JBL round speakers - great sound for the size.
