This was so much fun to watch. The best part was at the end when the entire students was waving their hands in unison with this kid, myself included. I wish someone had that on video. Great game and great entertainment. GO RU!
I was at that game. He was so cool! every single fan was cheering that kid on! He was on beat, knew ALL the words, and the only reason they took him off the screen was because the commercial break was over. DAMN I miss him!
This was easily the highlight of the game! Some guys near us were remarking that your son would be a TH-cam legend with this act... and here he is! Keep dancing!
As part of the event staff, i would like to thank you for giving me one of my favorite moments in rutgers football history kid! thank you for your wonderfully taltented son sir!
One of the (many) highlights of the game last night. Your son is a natural on camera. Everyone was talking about him as we left the stadium. Make sure he sees these comments--hopefully he'll get as big a kick out of reading them as we did seeing him rock out.
I'm not a Rutgers fan, (or USF for that matter), but it was the only game on last night. It was the first time I ever saw this kid, and he's awesome! He got to do an ESPN interview last night too. Rock on Li'l Jovi!!!
As a Rutgers student, this was the perfect way to top off an amazing win. This kid had some killer moves and got the whole student section, band, and everyone else following his lead. Too bad you didn't cut over to the student section to see everyone drumming along. Hope to see him at the games next year!
A great way to top off a big win. The video doesn't show, but everyone was watching the screen, all heads cocked, even the players staring all in aline. It was like the National Anthem was playing. Awesome all around entertainment.
Holy crap, this got the whole stadium cheering for him. Hope this kid comes back next year! Got the whole student section appluading him! This kid rocks!
you had a lot of us photographers on the sidelines laughing, easily a youtube hit in my opinion and definitely a highlight of the night! - jpena/the daily targum
i'm watchint the rutgers/usf game right now and saw you on tv. i liked your interview. More points? haha, 31 isn't enough in my mind either. Great moves little man and keep dancing.
We had to give away our tickets because my son got into the National Honor Society and they had their ceremony that night. When we got home before halftime and watched the game, my son's like that looks like Nick. I thought he was crazy, but he was right. Rock on Nick!!! P.S. Andrew says hi.
That was worth the price of admission last night alone. This video does not do the kid justice.. there was some kind of delay in the sound/video shot this way... but at the game the kid was perfect.. the drumming had him exactly on beat.. and you could see the facial expressions. I hope the Rutgers Stadium video crew has a recording and can get it to you... to post here. question: was he singing or lip syncing?
I LOVE THIS KID...I saw him this year at my first live rutgers game vs Pittsburgh and He's Great...

the best part is the score. 63-14! GO RU!
these are the kind of performances that win recruits.
He learned himself by watching Bon Jovi videos on TH-cam. I was the one who got kicked out of music class when I was in school.

@Jerrymaguiregpgl stereotype of what? having good taste in music? being natural performers? think before you speak, otherwise keep your mouth shut
