The lyrics this this touch on haters and the sasaengs that put GPS on their car a few years ago. They also had issues with stalkers selling their phone numbers. It’s just a fun hype song! Seonghwa just started rapping more over the last few albums and I think he’s really growing with his cadence. To think how soft these two are off stage and then are just savage when it’s on.
Check out the other units. Yeosang, San, and Wooyoung's unit song is out now and it's a banger called it's You. Next, Mingi and Yunho will have their mv and then Jongho last. They are releasing a mv for every unit every week of this month. 2 down and 2 more to go. Ateez are my ult group along with BTS because they are just too good and had to claw their way up from the bottom. These guys were so hungry for success, even though their company is small. They remind of BTS with their humble beginnings. But their music is just Ateez, nobody does it like them.
I love how much fun Ateez has experimenting with their tracks, not conforming to easy or popular trends. It's something new, but very THEM. I heard kpop 30 years ago & even now, ATZ is that group who reminds me of why I love it so much.

Seonghwa and Hongjoong both wrote the lyrics. I absolutely love MATZ and the meaning behind the song. With the newest album we got unit songs for the first time. Seonghwa actually is a vocalist in Ateez but he rapped in earlier albums too. More since Bouncy. ( He auditioned as a rapper to KQ ;) ) Side info: MATZ is what Hongjoong and Seonghwa call their unit ( as in the eldest 😊)
