Do you have a sunscreen recommendation?
Hello, Ms. Karen. I am new to skin care and I just purchased this box recently. I've tried using it while follwing your instructions. Everything was ok except the COSRX Ampoule and the Lotus water cream. After using those two products, my skin was stinning very bad. I am new to skin care and I am not sure if I should be keep using them. Please give me any information about this. Thank you!
@@brandon-jq7by My advice would be to make brakes between trying new stuff. Don't try all at once, that's how you're going to see what actually works for you and what irritates you. Maybe something in one product is conflicting with another and your skin can't handle it right now because you're still new with trying out products. Use one product that works best for you currently, for a week, consistantly, and then add another one. Doesn't mean that everything is going to work, i ordered a couple of skincare boxes so far and it never happened to me that every product worked beautifully. Good luck! :)

@Yusef Almardeai it really hasn’t helped with my acne and i definitely don’t have perfect glass skin but in terms of hydration, it makes my skin feel super soft and supple
Good advice I got was to wash my hands before my cleanser, and then rub my cleanser in my hands for 30 seconds to activate the ingredients. I then wash my face for 1 minute, and I don’t Pat dry, instead I just let my face with dripping water. I know it sounds a little messy (kind of is) and then I let it air dry a bit, until it’s not dripping, and even if my face is still wet I put on my face cream. It has honestly changed the game for me personally.

Yes, i can attest to this! Complete game changer, especially washing your hands good before doing anything. I use gel as a cleanser and when i don't wash my hands that good, the foam won't form at all and it kind of dissapears because the hands treat it as a soap that would wash your hands, not face. I personally use cleanser for showering (la roche posay, that has ph balance for skin) and it really works good when you are on a budget if you use it like it was said- for face and body. Good luck people!

@@ET-tu3gpeveryone should. In a lot of skincare videos you will find that sunscreen is very important. It protects from the sun. You should put it everyday,even in winter.
Treatment is always before serum, then moisturizer and finally sunscreen
Korean skincare has helped my skin so much. My skin is still far from perfect, but the difference between my skin before and after is like night and day. It's the only thing I've ever tried besides medication that actually helps my cystic acne.

Use African black soap, a good chemical exfoliant, niacinimide and vitamin e with a good hydrating essence and moisturizer:) there’s loads more remedies for hyperpigmentation but this is one that worked so good for me

And all the products really do give you that glass skin look. Would definitely recommend. I was already familiar with the brands so beware that if you have never used Korean skincare before you are most likely going to purge. Which is good thing unless it last for longer that 6 weeks that you are probably allergic. But again, if you want to get into Korean skincare start with this box, you won’t be disappointed, or if you are already familiar with k-skincare than this is just a great deal!!🧡

@@userkie Yes, I do not wash my skin at all in the morning, just splash it with water.
My skin is both oily and dry throughout the year, flippin' complicated. It's also very sensitive so different products can irritate my skin sometimes. All these products absorbed so well into my skin and I had no irritation or redness.

that means your skin is combination! people with combination skin have dry spots on their face (usually on their cheeks) but also oily spots on their face (usually in the t-zone, meaning your forehead, nose and chin).

When I lived in korea I would use a cleansing oil, foam cleanser, and a moisturizer, then used a sheet mask once a week and my skin was supper nice.

I’m not sure but I think retinol isn’t supposed to be used during pregnancy. I don’t think retinol is included in this box but it’s a popular ingredient so just a heads up 🤍

very very late, but just gotta say: these recs are a godsend! I have sensitive, acne-prone skin (have had acne almost my entire life) and started using tretinoin about a year ago. One of the side effects is dry skin, especially now that it's winter. I'd been looking for ways to build my moisture barrier back up, and what should pop up but this video from a year ago. Ever since I started using the products Karen recommended here, I can see an immediate change in my skin. No more tightness around the mouth, nose, and forehead; bouncier skin and I've woken up legit looking glowy. If you're skeptical, I'd say to definitely give this a try! *Just make sure you patch test on your inner arm first to make sure you're not allergic to any of the products* Good luck!

I had to come back and say that I got the box and Karen you are right this cleanser is Amazing! I normally use an oil cleanser as my first cleanse but decided to try your method and double cleanse with this cleanser …. Well I was shocked that it took off all my makeup! Honestly I do not use any waterproof makeup but this is the first cleanser that actually took everything off with the first cleanse (no oil or balm) I’m shook!

I wish I didn't have hypersensitive skin 🙃 I have to use super expensive products because readily available ingredients like panthenol, niacinamide etc give me reactions (and no it's not just purging) 😩

Yes you would just like she does in the video. Can do morning and night just no need to double cleanse in the am and add a spf in the am . Also sheet mask not necessary for both am and pm routine but you can if you want to be extra 😄

Wanted to give an update on the products! I love it so far and have noticed results within a few days. I do breakout often and have a lot of baby acne in which were reduced down a lot. My skin has become more clear and glowy. I do recommend using face sheet masks for better results for your skin. The only extra thing I added onto the routine is a face sunscreen cream to help protect my skin from the sun. I definitely would recommend purchasing this set of box and hope you guys liked it as much as I do too. Besides that, the price is such a good deal!! Thanks Karen for the amazing set! 💜

Hii Karen, this is the first video of yours I'm watching ! I've been thinking about starting a skincare routine but I literally don't know anything about skincare. Other TH-camrs were like "you need to apply that and that and also that" but I don't even know what's a toner nor where to get it so when you said you made a box with the products we would need already selected I didn't think twice and bought your box (I added the fullfit honey glow kit) ! The most I've done in the past is soap and cica cream so I'm fully trusting you 100% on that rn ahaha you have the future of my skin between your hands ^^ also, this might sound dumb but keep in mind I'm a real beginner, the whole routine you showed do we need to do it in the morning, evening or both ? And everyday or twice a week something like that ? Thank you in advance for whoever will reply :) waiting for my box impatiently
It’s a super gentle routine so you can do it morning and night everyday! I just recommend using a sunscreen after everything during the day. You need sun protection!
Wish you had a Korean spf in the box 😭 Can I use the toner during the day? Since it contains AHAs and PHAs. I worry abt sun damage.
From what Ive learned about toners its better to use at night till your face gets used to it but typically you dont need it in the morning
