    I've especially wanted to mention that I personally do wanna completely obviously admit that the theme of the breakdown train from the popular 100% very much well-known perfectly as Thomas & Friends show's very own complete classic series era certainly happens to be exactly INDEED basically very much considerably 100% legendary as it certainly seemed to be exactly very much considerably heard in different variations in the show's very own complete classic series era for several seasons starting directly in the show's very own complete classic series era's entire 1st season throughout 2 episodes! In fact, the footage in the middle of the screen was basically from the episode titled Thomas Saves the Day when Thomas the Tank Engine rescued James from a serious accident when his wooden brakes caught fire resulting the observation of Thomas the Tank Engine getting his own Branch Line!

    I love this version of the song. It often brings to mind a villain/minion with control of time magic, sitting on a pendulum and taunting the heroes stuck in time.

    Oh, this theme is legendary! The breakdown train wasn't a sentient character, but I think the theme associated with it is one of the most iconic in the show. The mechanical percussion fits absolutely perfectly, and the slow pace and low pitch really captures the seriousness of an accident cleanup situation. Definitely one of your best covers yet, everything about it was just masterful!

    • @InstrumentManiac

    • @davidscholz3041
      @davidscholz3041 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I've especially wanted to mention that I personally do wanna completely obviously admirably agree that the ratchet sounds great with the other percussion instruments as they certainly do perfectly resemble the cranes as they lift James back onto the tracks AFTER a montage of Thomas the Tank Engine teaching the Troublesome Trucks an officially simply important lesson for James off the tracks when his wooden brake blocks suddenly caught fire! In fact, the ratchet actually made it feel like BOTH cranes on the breakdown train certainly seemed to BASICALLY have been brought to life; which certainly did ACTUALLY EVENTUALLY FINALLY happen during the movie titled The Adventure Begins as the pair of cranes were obviously ACTUALLY been very consistently FINALLY given names: Judy and Jerome! In fact, it's completely obviously clear that Thomas surely DIDN'T ACTUALLY leave the Works Unit coach behind unlike back in the show's very own complete model era during the classic series!

    I feel like I have to share this.
    So me, my husband and my son were doing some errands around town and my husband stopped at a store to pick up some stuff. My son and I stayed in the van because Covid. So he's getting bored and grumpy and I pop on your playlist and hook it up to the vans audio. By the time my husband came back, this song gets to the part with the cornets. He begins backing up when he hears the "car horn" cornets and immediately brakes, only realizing a second later it was the song. So... If you're going to listen to the playlist and drive, be warned about the car horns 🤣

    I've especially almost forgotten to mention that the season 1 breakdown train theme was also apparently used in the episode where Gordon ran straight into a ditch to simply avoid the task of pulling a goods train, and especially since the theme occurred during the show's montage of Gordon finally getting rescued from the ditch by a pair of tender engines known as James and Henry were mentioned to be helping him, but only James was seen in the episode's montage that took place during nighttime!

    • @davidscholz3041
      @davidscholz3041 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've especially would also apparently have to completely agree that this theme certainly is remarkably legendary since I've basically heard it throughout several seasons of the show when the models were still being used, but that certainly changed when the breakdown train made a character comeback in The Adventure Begins when the show went full CGI animation! As an added surprise, the cranes were actually given names: Judy and Jerome!

    • @davidscholz3041
      @davidscholz3041 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've especially wanted to mention that Thomas left the small works unit coach behind in the classic series, but he actually brought it with the cranes in the Adventure Begins as to carry the workmen to the accident sight!

    • @davidscholz3041
      @davidscholz3041 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've especially wanted to mention that the breakdown train hadn't been used for such a long time after they've built the Sodor search and Rescue Center! But, not until their chance for the fine pair of cranes finally got a chance to be Really Useful by helping Daisy the diesel railcar! That certainly reminded the Fat Controller how Rocky ain't the only breakdown crane on the North Western Railway, and especially made a proposal for the cranes to stay @ Arlsebrugh goods yard to be on standby in case of an emergency on the west coast of the island!

    • @davidscholz3041
      @davidscholz3041 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I've especially wanted to mention that I personally took notice that Thomas left the small works unit coach behind in the show's very own complete model era during the show's very own complete 1st season, but he certainly DIDN'T ACTUALLY leave it behind when he took the crew to the scene of the accident AFTER explaining 'bout James'wooden brake blocks suddenly catching fire while trying really hard to slow him down by trying really hard to couple up behind the brake van!

    • @davidscholz3041
      @davidscholz3041 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I've especially wanted to mention that I personally love how the snare drum joins the ratchet in resembling the pair of cranes on the breakdown train as they certainly were ACTUALLY working very hard to lift James back onto the tracks before Thomas helped him back to Tidmouth Sheds in the show's very own complete 1st season of the classic era, but it's completely obviously clear that Thomas took James to the Sodor Steamworks to be repaired in the movie titled The Adventure Begins before returning to Tidmouth Sheds where he'd been proudly rewarded with his own Branch Line that runs from Knapford Station to Ffarquhar Quarry!

      I've especially wanted to mention that I personally saw the list of character comebacks video on TH-cam some time ago, and especially felt surprised when 1 of the character comebacks turned out to be the breakdown train! In fact, it's completely obviously clear that I personally found out that the cranes of the breakdown train were obviously given names in the movie titled The Adventure Begins; which are Judy and Jerome!

    Wow! The way you've recreated this theme is superb! It was beautifully put together with the different tones in between. Bravo! It's so joyful to listen to these themes recreated and the videos themselves are wonderful with all the different instruments. I smiled when I saw a glockenspiel (just got to grips on how to pronounce it!). Well done and thank you 🙂

    What a wonderful cover! I love how the strings give it a baroque edge, something I'd never considered when listening to the original. And I don't think the cornets sounded too much like a car horn, either. The ratchet was an inspired choice.
