For those of you just joining us, welcome! We're Vic and Jo and we've been narrowboating around the UK for the last few years on our 54ft narrowboat Zero. Two years ago we decided to give up our jobs in the city and add another boat to our fleet in hope of turning it into a travelling cafe and becoming full time boating baristas.

It's so clear how much you love the lifestyle and one of the most wonderful gifts you both are giving us is watching William grow under your loving parentage. Well, if I had enough gas in the van to get from Kansas City to where Holly will be moored for the weekend, I'd come by to get a raspberry bakewell thing and to wish Jo happy birthday 🎂 & to see what William and Vic were up to, they're boys, you know they are going to be up to something, it's what boys do. 😁 _(or at least it was when my brother and I were boys)_ Ohh, that pizza looks good. 🍕 Yeah, I do wish it was within driving distance.

Lovely to see you guys as always, back at it and prepping for the season. Just want to say that these problems to be fair exist in any home you may own and be completely responsible for. Growing up I remember there was always something to fix, replace, or improve. My dad used always remind every time something came up, that owning a home is a constant job. Now as an old man I find myself still reminding my 4 kids of the very same thing. LOL With that said I can see that being mobile like you are makes those challenges even more interesting. Anyway, take care, and a big Happy Birthday Jo!

This made me realise that going on holiday is temporarily outsourcing your living arrangements.
Ah... I've been thinking it would be a bad idea for me to live on a boat and now I have words to explain why: "You end up outsourcing a lot of your private space to public space." I need my quiet time, holed up in my den, sometimes for days at a time.

FanTAStic video. As always. I could NOT figure out why your video and another video came out today. Yours isn’t always held to such a strict schedule but the other is! They never come out before Friday at 4. I missed Friday, thinking it was Thursday! This is a problem which has nothing to do with your video. Sorry. Well done with the sneak! The horn of the 1922 Model T Ford is an EXCELLENT horn for bikes carrying precious cargo. You know, chocolate, raspberries, nuts for a crust. Carrots. And William. How do people send things to you? If you know how to retrieve an email address from a comment and you were willing to send a solution, that would be grand. I will provide whatever proof you need that I am who I say I am, that would satisfy you. It would take 3-4 weeks to reach the UK. I am in the states and it will take 3 weeks to get from Albuquerque to the UK and another week to find you. I need to also make sure that I can still get them. Which I will do as soon as I SHUT UP! Maybe there is a way to arrange your location for delivery with Amazon and cut me out of the need to know equation? JoAnna. Happy Birthday!!!
