Welcome to Poland! We love you! I’m in Kraków, Poland and I’m a budding carnivore. You inspire me. My wife is American and she’s going carnivore, too. I just bought an air fryer for making steaks and salmon. Works fantastic. No more filling the apartment with greasy smoke and scrubbing the frying pan. Enjoy Poland and know that here you can say what you think and nobody will bother or cancel you!

Had stroke and carotid surgery about 5years ago. Put on statin’s and side effects were rediculous.was put on basic vegan diet. Gained weight and still felt really crappy. Been watching you and the others on your panel. Remember being on Atkins years ago and remember I felt good. Just passed my stress test being within normal range. Doctor wants to put me on repatha injections. My answer is hell no. I’m 76 and have no filter and asked him why he was hell bent on killing me. Started carnivore 5 days ago. Already noticed a couple of changes. Going to take over my health permanently. These doctors need to really be doing the research. Their patients do more than they do.

Hello Dr! I saw someone the other day who hasn't seen me in well over a year. We were outside and I had sunglasses on. She was looking at me like she didn’t recognize me. Then we hugged and she said, "Oh my, when did you get so skinny?" I am not skinny but it felt good. It’s a shame because other friends can see the changes and ask what I did. I tell them and send some of your videos about how to start Keto and IF. Now I'm eating Ketovore
and thinking of going Carnivore soon.
They just want a quick fix and then go off "a diet". They also buy all the Keto
cr** in the grocery store. I suggest to them 1 ingredient food. It's totally up to each of us to make a healthy change.
I'm 71, no meds and daily exercise.

Then I saw a video from Dr Berry about Keto and then Intermittent Fasting. The rest has been a process but something I can do the rest of my life. 🙏 💪 ♥

I've stopped replying to casual "How did you do it" questions because, as you said, people want a quick, easy fix, when in fact my re-education, transformation, research, and soul-searching was a four year journey of commitment to keto-then- carnivore. I changed my micro-biomes, my lifestyle, and hardest of all, recognition that I am an addict to all forms of sugar. It wasn't an overnight fix, although the results happened quickly. I've lost 80 lbs, age 68, and do OMAD and IF. My teenage granddaughters love how I keep up with them.

Hi Dr. Berry! Folks I do not know why I do not hear anyone talking about the manufacturing process of vitamins. I was so naive I assumed Vit C supplements were concentrated orange juice or something. Oh NO!!! OF COURSE I should have known Vitamin manufacturing is going to be done as cheaply as possible. Most vitamin C is distilled from a MOLD. I am very allergic to molds, does anyone possibly think taking synthetic vitamins is logicol? Obviously like most people I was so brainwashed into believing taking vitamins and eating a SAD diet was NORMAL. As a relatively new carnivore ( 22 months) I need years to heal. What have I been cured of? Breast cancer, ulceritis colitis, very painful arthritis, migraines, high blood pressure, enlargement of the heart, hemorrhagic bladder infections, grinding depression, generalized anxiety, psoriasis, a lifetime of allergies and asthma.

Thank you Dr. Berry for your dedication to teaching us about the proper human diet. My favorite part of this diet is the absence of hunger 😅
The only tweak I have had to apply is that I still keep myself at a caloric deficit. I live with disordered eating and started gaining with carnivore a few months ago by eating until I was stuffed so I gave up but kept listening to other’s testimonies of healing. Had some false starts but 8 days ago, I went carnivore and lost 8 lbs in 7 days (upped the fat, lowered protein) with less intense workouts that focused on flexibility (hot yoga) and resistance training. My knee is arthritic and has a baker’s cyst so my usual cardio, dancing, cycling, are on hold for now. My age is 55, and menopause…
So tired of the yo yo and sticking with carnivore since it’s working. Also, being vigilant about supplemental high quality electrolytes Redmon-Re-lyte. I believe that my knee/back will heal on carnivore. All these people can’t be lying!!

I bought the hard copy book on blood work and a digital copy for my 65 year old doctor. I put it on a flash drive and gave it to him for free. I was bed ridden 3 years under his care. I had no quality of life and nothing to lose by trying. I asked for a better blood test and he said that is very expensive and not necessary. I called my insurance to get the cost. My cost is the same. Next visit I told him I assume he never looked at the book and he said nothing. Had he even looked at the page I gave him he would have understood what I was trying and why. Many Doctors choose to stop learning after graduation. That is a pity. If people have not figured out what certain Agencies objectives really are I am afraid they never will. If the GOAL was to put everyone on expensive lifetime prescriptions they did an outstanding job. In only 65 years America followed their advice, did as we were taught, and went from a diabetic community of .9% and got it up to 10.5%. As I look at so many young kids constantly with sweet drinks and already morbidly obese before puberty, I think we will get to 20% in the next 10 years.

I went ketovore 8 months ago to see if it would stop 2 monthly seizures, it did not work even after finally adding MCT (C8 & C10) for the last month. I started loosing so much hair in a few mnths just like Lillie Kane that I have recently started adding vege's again like she also did. I am now listening to Dr Grundy to see if I have been followed the wrong diet. There are so many different idea's from various Drs it is hard to know who to believe, it gets very confusing. Some say vege's are needed some say they are toxic, I dont think both can be right? More research obviously is needed.

My CAC score was 913, my cardiologist said “The statin would decrease the blood cholesterol level and would stabilize any cholesterol in the arterial walls to decrease the risk. The statin use and lower cholesterol levels would not reduce the CAC; it would just decrease the risk of plaque rupture and heart attack.
The usefulness of repeating the CAC is unknown so is not a recommendation to do so.
The CAC use is for the initial risk stratification.” Your thoughts please. I’m primarily carnivore and cholesterol is all good, sugar is good, bp good.

Again, I have to say thank you to you and other carnivore rock stars. living a carnivore lifestyle has consistently helped me with issues. Even when I fall off the wagon and get back on, I quickly go back to the better life. But I do have a question as I have gotten a few of my relatives to join in for their health. I have a cousin in his early 50's that has just gotten over gout, has bell's palsy and is on a pace maker. Would going to a carnivore lifestyle be dangerous for him? He has always been pretty overweight so I told him that I would ask within the community and let him know before I suggest him to try this. I went to Poland many, many, many years ago while stationed in Germany. It was actually nice during my visit.
