I too love organusing Pantry. But My pantry is empty. You know why ? I stay in Mumbai and here you can not keep anything in dibba. Lizzat papat baapre it becomes green and netty ( jaale) . Moldgrowth. I just dump all grocery, spice, dry fruits , red chilli powder, maida, rawa everything in freezer. Even rice we buy we mix boric powder. Daal we mix neem leaves, paaraz goli etc. We keep very very small quantity for daily use. I sometime think alas if I had an airconditioned Pantry.

I cut dice the carrot after peeling n ziplock mei freeze . Jab want to make these use like we do with peas... just a suggestion aloo onion can be kept near garage cabinet ful trolly as this is big n tall and in pantry you can keep bread n fruits... also garlic better if keep in plate or bowl not tall container as jaldi kharab ho jata hai ...

For carrots, you can just cut their bottom and top and can peel also if you like and then simply store in any container in fridge, it will last upto 10-15 days.
Yup I do the same but this process works for her so want to continue with that .. diff people diff method of managing and organaising the stuff ❤

Suchi two suggestions. Keep udid and moong papad in fridge it tastes very nice. Also keep bajra atta in fridge as it tastes bitter if you keep it outside.

There is no need to keep lime/ lemons in the fridge, they stay good in closed cabinets in the netted bag that they come in, u r amazon box is perfect to keep potatoes, they will stay good in your pantry ofcourse away from onions or garlic. I see you have a lot of kitchen napkins from Costco, u can rewash & reuse them to store coriander/ cauliflower or any sabzi in a container, my own experience they stay fresh for a week( paper towels ki bachat 😅), also try not to consume lot of Bajra on hot days as bajra in itself is hot in nature, meant mostly for colder days to give warmth & energy to the body, these are just my suggestions from my own exeriences, your vlog as usual very refreshing and pleasant to watch, keep spreading good vibes 🤗🤗.
