The minnows are normally in the tail water and never tried Gulp minnows but may be worth a shot. Spoons is one of my go to baits for steelhead at the moment.
Gotta love on the minnows. I used to fall fish trout on home creeks the same way. Do not care a steelhead is a trout and trout love minnows. Just wondered if you tried the gulp series. Man great idea. Anyway a lot of times spoons are my go to. They flat out catch fish. Good Fishing to you young men.@@peresieoutdoors

March 3rd my knee blew out and I almost died in that spot. Can no longer walk bit I'm still trying to fish. Thank you to that man that saved my life that day.
Oh wow, that’s a crazy story man. I’m glad you are okay and still finding ways to go fishing. Some of these rivers have really rough terrain and need to be as careful as possible.

Whats the easiest way to get over to that side of the run. Im in the video on the other side of the overpass
We normally just find a shallow spot up or down river to cross
