Awesome, I have the same story. I saw the same movie and was blown away. Since I saw the movie I was like I'm going to own a 57 one day. My grandfather had a neighbor that went to school with my parents. I stopped every weekend for a year and he kept saying no, see me next week. I went MCRD and when I got back first thing I did was stopped and ask if he would sale his 57. He asked where you been? He saw the high and tight and asked if I went to boot? He invited me in and after listening to his story when he went to MCRD. He sold me th 57 for $800.00 . That was 1996, and I still have the car. I also have a 1957 2 door hard top. The 4 door has a lot more room. The 2 door has a big back seat but no leg room. I LIVE IN PHOENIX as well and air conditioning makes it a lot more fun to drive during the summer.
Not sure what exactly you are referring to but...thanks, I think. This family is now cruising with their Chevy on the streets of Chattanooga, Tennessee! Thanks for watching!
@@IfThisCarCouldTalk well I hope you are a subscriber of mine as well I'm also a TH-camr and I have posted many videos of my 57 Chevy Belair four door or the 283 V-8 and a Powerglide transmission

How did you find out when yours was built? I have one that was built in Oakland California and I would love to know the build date.
