Good bounce back win Clemson. I've been a Clemson fan all my life, and I will say, they have been much better in the past. I think they will be much better next year when Garret Riley starts getting comfortable and Cade starts fixing the mistakes.
100%. There has already been so much improvement with Cade/the offense. The difference between week 1 Duke and week 4 FSU was very encouraging!
This is a good Clemson football team. I don't care what anyone or any ranking says.
Exactly Clemson is not done yet if we can get the turnovers straightened up this team has the potential to be a really good team. Obviously they won't have a shot at the CFP now but still have a chance to play for an ACC championship and a really good bowl game.

That was a horrible Targeting call to start the game against Clemons’s DT! We need to stop with the flag-happy culture just because you see a big hit. It was clean and the name of the game is hit tackle the man with the ball, it’s not the defense’s fault if the ball carrier has low awareness!

I am a (albeit, very sleep deprived) clemson fan. The play looked bad. Better to review and get it right and protect players than not to

Am a FSU fan. Much respect to Clemson & Coach Dabo . The Siminoles are riding the wave this season. Walking softly and toting a big tomahawk. Been winning tough games . Playing competent teams & coaches .

The first fumble pretty much dictated the game for Syracuse. That would have been a nice first down and even if they didn’t score, could have pinned them deep. And then another fumble and a pick. Bottom line, too many stupid mistakes like TOs and penalties. Same old same Syracuse team in an important game. Will we ever have a legit team like we had in the 80s and 90s?

What killed Syracuse was the same thing that got Clemson against Duke and FSU. Which is winning the turnover margin. Those interceptions killed Syracuse. Without those it would have been super tight. 14 points or more just off turnovers. That's what won it for Clemson. Without that you may have won
Waaaaaahhhhh! Itt was all the refs' fault! Syaracuse was lining up for one of those 17 point plays there at the end, but the refs stole the game from them!
@@jeremiahallen9908 Turnovers are such a painful way to lose. Clemson fan and I felt it when it happened to us at Duke (ofc we had other problems, too). Good, clean, hard-fought game on both sides.

Defense is also still having trouble getting in proper coverages. But there’s hope!
Excited for these first year starters on both sides of the ball, next year is going to be special that is for sure, but I am excited to see how the team finishes the season.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. We always manage to make stupid mistakes like TOs and penalties when it counts. Our OL and DL were manhandled by Clemson. If we can win 3 more games and go 7-5, that’s probably the ceiling for this team.
@@Teeman44 tbh, yall’s defense linemen forced cade to run and throw the ball, it was just some of your dbs got mixed up. That one penalty where cade got hit after throwing it out of bounds was the only huge mistake i saw.
@@ImBackHEHEHE The penalty on your punt returner was a very silly mistake. All three TOs could have been avoided. We also had few wide open dropped passes. We dropped few potential interceptions. Clemson was flat out the better team but can’t make these silly mistakes after mistakes.
