Looks like a lot of fun. But...unrealistic. Between the specialized gear being used, and known target locations, it is more a timing game, rote body movements. Everyday gear should be used and targets should be moved randomly for every competitor. Also, intentional stoppages should be induced by using dummy rounds placed in magazines that are then given to the shooter.
This is sport shooting, not combat shooting. Completely different discipline. Therefore different gear, different guns, different shooting style. This is not meant to be a substitute for actual combat training. Just a niche sport.
