I just bought some Maybelline Fit Me concealer and as I was trying it on and thinking "Wow, this is nice stuff." it occurred to me that since Maybelline and Lancome are both owned by L'oreal perhaps the formulas are similar. I just checked the ingredients and it turns out that they're virtually identical, except that the Maybelline is about $6 vs Lancome Maquicomplet at $31.
Here's the ingredient list for Maybelline Fit Me: Water (Aqua), Cyclopentasiloxane, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Glycerin, Sorbitan Isostearate, Propylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide, Ozokerite, Phenoxyethanol, Magnesium Sulfate, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Disodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Methylparaben, Acrylates Crosspolymer, Alumina, Butylparaben, Aluminum Hydroxide, Tocopherol, Silica, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria Flower Extract), May Contain Iron Oxides, Mica F.I.L.
Here's the list for Lancome Maquicomplet: Aqua / Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Sorbitan Isostearate, Propanediol, Propylene Glycol, Ozokerite, Mel / Honey, Isobutane, Sodium Hyaluronate, Chamomilla Recutita Extract / Matricaria Flower Extract, Magnesium Sulfate, Disodium EDTA, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Maltodextrin, Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Acrylonitrile/Methyl Methacrylates Copolymer, Tocopherol, Phenoxyethanol. May Contain: Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide

Lisa Eldridge, an expert make up artist, did a tutorial "Makeup For Glasses" about this topic. She suggested to place a very, very light application of foundation on the area where the nose pad will sit. It can't run, etc. if it is not there. Beautiful job Angie

You have a natural talent of breaking down the how-to steps that make me feel that I can actually try to do it myself. You take away the fear of it just being too complicated to even try. And the close up... that literally magnifies the possibilities.. thank you Angie, you are an inspiration!

So happy to see this video. I had 20/20 vision until I was 40, and once I got to my late 40s I couldn't see clearly at all without glasses. I wear progressive lenses all day, switching to single vision prescription glasses for near vision when reading and working on the computer. It's been a tough transition, because along with presbyopia I now have astigmatism - so even with a 15x mirror and good light, fine detail work is out of the question because everything looks big, well lit, and blurry. Argh! I appreciate the detail of your tutorial and I look forward to trying out as many of these tips as possible. But mostly, I just really appreciate someone talking openly about the specific issues involved in putting on and wearing makeup with mature skin AND mature vision. Thank you!!

Great tips! I gave up my contacts a few years ago on account of a never ending struggle with dry eye. I treat my glasses as an accessory and have four pairs, including teal blue. I always use a shimmer on my lids and find I can use some fairly bold colors, like red and lime green, because the lenses do mute them. I also need t apply blush with my glasses on because I can never get the placement right otherwise. Thanks, Angie.

Hi Angie, great video! I don’t use that much makeup, only for special occasions. I have a wedding coming up and all your tips will come in handy. Keep up the good work. I’m 63 with normal to dry skin. The easier the better for me😁👍🏼.

Thanks Angie! I wear glasses and this was very helpful. When you think of getting new frames, check out the cat eye style...they really help to put the eyes up and they are super stylish! They would look so beautiful on you! 😘🥰

I have no idea why I am not getting notifications for any of my favorite ladies!
With that said...this was a great makeup tutorial for glass wearers! Fantastic!
I will be getting two sets of frames now...light and dark! I love the size of your glasses, too.
You look so beautiful Angie! Thank you for this. XO ~Maria

Great tips! Your eyes look so pretty and they do stand out behind the lenses. Nice close-up shots when you were applying your eye makeup. Take care.

Hey Angie!! I LOVE your channel and I just want to thank you for changing my skin!! My skin is similar to yours, and I grew up on a beach in Florida! Completely fried myself in the sun when I was younger! By my late 40’s, I had brown spots, wrinkles, and big pores. I was so confused as to where to start and happened on your channel. I found your latest skin care guide and signed up with Curology, and am SO happy with the results after 2 years! I know you get a lot of emails, but thank you so much for educating and encouraging me and all of your followers.
Also, know you get alot of requests, but I’d LOVE your take on the Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining serum. I have been having excellent results, especially with brightening and firming.
Thank you so much for your time.
    Paige

Great post. Thank you. Drives me crazy wearing sunglasses as I do take them off & left w/ the marks. I remember you trying that velvet powder & it being somewhat helpful? Saw a blog where the girl took eyelash glue on the nose pads then powdered them every morning. Hehe
