No need to wet it. Use a circular motion when you use it. It does clear away the dead skin cells. I purchased one from Temu, and I love it. I am 66 years old and don't have much hair on my legs any more...so I don't worry about sometimes nicking my legs...and it is quick for me.

The BEST nail glue I have every used is Kiss nail glue. The Best… and I have tried a lot of them.
I like the brush on style of glue they seem to hold the nail on longer, wonder if kiss has a brush on? Ill have to check!
