The problem is that you can't jail anybody without evidence. And if you sue someone you have to prove the person did it. So example let's says I say I used to be an armed robber and I used to kill people. You have to sue me for me to be arrested so if you sue me and I am Arrested and we meet in court you have to prove what you are charging me of and if you refer me back to what I said I have so many ways of denying it I can even say I was playing. So if I deny it it's now your duty to prove it either by video of me doing the crime or picture or sound.
