In this video I show you how to tame a sinomacrops in the easiest, quickest, and most efficient way possible with no BS. This is the newest and cheapest way I've found. I've tried another sinomacrops taming method, including the most popular ones on TH-cam, and they no longer work (Wildcard patched their methods, mine is not patched). I did a lot of research before making this video to ensure that I'm providing the best sinomacrops taming trap guide on the platform. pvp traps always work so much better, i still use ur shadowmane trap as it’s so simple and impossible to mess up, just tamed a sinimacrops 10 mins after transferring to lost island with nothing on my character
Awesome! Glad it worked. And yes, PVP players are typically better than PVE players at PVE solely because we do all of the same things but we have to compete for it. So doing things as efficiently and quickly as possible is paramount.

Hey Rev I used to make tons of content and I remember coming back to TH-cam after a long time and all my subs would be super hyped like yours are. My problem was that after I came back I stopped uploading again after a few videos! Lol don’t do what I did!
I’d love to see a new masterclass video on one of the top PVP Dino’s like the shadowmane. There are very few videos on this topic and I think a video like that would produce you a lot of views over time just like your other masterclass. Either way excited to see you back!

Actually fucking works, you have to be precise with the placing of the sign, got my first sino thanks to this!
EDIT: The Mate Boost is such an annoying thing, especially when you are in that swamp/jungle canyon where they are on mass so there is always a possible mate around that can give the boost anc get scared by its own fart
This will make it so much easier, sinomacrops were literally the hardest creature to tame in my opinion
I think the Shadowmane is a bit worse because fish are obnoxious to get and it requires a lot of effort. But this one is definitely in close second to me.]

you can do it with 3 wood fence supports too
lmao rev I followed ur solo guides and did some scouting for underwater vaults and boxes, within 10m I found a vault with about 40 turrets, 2k metal, 1k poly, some decent bps, a rex line, agry line, velenasaur line, a 280 giga and probably 80 tames all up. (small tribes)

@@bacoon6499 Just did a bit of scouting there, and you're right. Lots of stuff just laying around.
@@RevPVP yeah haha, personally i'd never put a ocean vault on fjordur, its too shallow and easy to scout that ocean IMO. But I guess some people don't care haha, I can almost always find atleast one vault by just joining a low pop small tribes and having a good scout
@@RevPVP Ive also found a couple of buried purlovias, I tame a direwolf and use the sniff ability too see hidden loot / dinos, works for basilisk too. Then just hit em with a torch and easy profit
they are destroying the structure... i tried may times ( with 2 boxes, with 3 boxes ) in the process they start to get nervous to exit from trap and starts to crazy attack the stuffs and destroy all asap ... but i tested they dont break stone structures , however theres no small stuffs to trap them with stone and i "jailled " one inside a small house of stone but tamming dont works because the refuse to stop and eat anything more...

This almost worked... got a 150 to 73% but ark being ark it glitched out during a feeding and got mad, bit me, flew off, then got into a fight with a bug or some shit and went back down to 0%. love it.
Probably a mate boost happened.
Got one to 93% the hard way and with one more feeding it got eaten by a scorpion

With a trap it's the easiest. Without one they are a pain in the ass.

for me everything works until it's in the trap and then it just gets spooked immediately as soon as it gets love hearts on repeat. does re-bolaing it work?
why is it knocking me back and leave the trap?
Did you jump, sprint, or do anything else similar to that? It can also behave weirdly if a female / male mate boosts it during taming. It's super finnicky.
What about a tent?
Doesn't work. Counts as being inside
I've wasted 3 hours trying it this way the either hit you out the way or fly out and won't let you feed it
Make sure you're not sprinting or moving during the tame. Also make sure nobody else is around you and there are no other Sinomacrops nearby causing a mateboost.
Tried this over a dozen times. Did not even come close to working once.
I think they patched it now that if you put any structure near it, it automatically spooks been testing some traps and this seems to be the case with all of them

Everyone I have talked to claims that trapping it does not work. Yet this does?? I am gonna try this tonight.
Because other traps don't work. This one does because it avoids the "failsafes" Wildcard added and patches they made to make taming it with a trap impossible.
