  • In many African communities, children fantasize about the money, glamour, and fame that comes with being a professional soccer player. Living in impoverished villages without access to training equipment, this young talent trains with dedication and optimism. Against all odds, they strive to be discovered by a European scout who can be their ticket out of poverty and into the spotlight.

As Africa is one of the richest countries and resources it would be great if countries came in with the open hand to teach them how to get their soccer foundations off the ground so they can put the money back in the communities individually they need to show them how to disperse their funds for legacy and Community growth

I hope one day an African nation will win the senior world cup. I personally would like to see Mali 🇲🇱 do it

The American narration ruins this... the guy (probably AI) cant even pronounce club names correctly. The belief that a coach will help is pointless as these coaches are not educated in the process and don't know how to contact people in the correct manner. Also... the narrator doesn't know the difference between "soccer schools" and "Academes"... this documentary its completely all over the place and unfortunately a complete waste of time. It could have been so much better, but it simply doesn't know what it's talking about. Zidane was African... but ironically assuming on "black" people are African is just ignorant. Speaking about "Europe" like its one place is also hugely ignorant.
