INGREDIENTS.
Chicken Filing.
chicken 1/2 kg
yogurt 2/3 cup
garlic 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
cumin crushed 1 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric 1/8 tsp
orange food color 2 pinch
oil 1-2 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
onion 1 small sized
capsicum 1/2
black olives 1 tbsp
all purpose flour / maida 1 tbsp
milk 1/2 cup
Dough Ingredients.
all purpose flour 2 cups
instant yeast 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
warm water as required
beaten egg plus 1 tbsp milk
