How to make Hot Butter Rum cocktail by Mr.Tolmach

- Hot Butter Rum cocktail:
Apple - 70-100 gr
Honey syrup - 10 ml
Vanilla syrup - 10 ml
Cinnamon syrup - 10 ml
Lemon juice - 30 ml
Gold rum - 30 ml
Hot water - 30 ml
Butter - 1 b.s
Warm all ingredients with steam. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

DnD Code at this temperature, id say it wont burn out the alcohol so it wont change the quality of the alcohol. It’d be different if you heat the alcohol with direct fire which will oxidise and ultimately burn the alcohol. Where with steam, only heats it up gently. Just like warm eggnog.

great videos! i work at smokey bones a Bbq chain in the states. we have a full bar but nothing like what you have for example the different syrups we only have are fruit syrups/puree and simple syrup. the ones you have seem to come in handy for a lot of drinks. i was wondering if you have any ideas for a "holiday" drink. we have a bourbon eggnog we offer now. if you could reply with a a drink that would be amazing. you should check out are smooth bourbon blackberry lemonade as well I think you'll enjoy. Its fresh lemonade Lunetta Prosecco 2oz
Simple Syrup 1oz
fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/2oz
cardamom dash
Also 6ct of bourbon we use Buffalo trace or makers mark. i think youll enjoy! thanks for the videos again sir your great

Когда ты грел паром коктейль, на меня накотило резкое дежавю. В пятницу вечером, в караоке баре между песнями играла та-же песня, как у тебя в видео с момента нагрева. И под эту песню у меня в чеке с 6 разными коктейлями было выбито 4 капучино. А питчер в тот момент был маленький, да ещё и я был единственный бармен на смене... И под эту песню я взбивал молоко.
P.s. уволился оттуда, приятное было место, но от бардака, который устраивало начальство, до сих пор дергается глаз
