  • Traditionally, you would either use an open-end wrench or flare-nut wrench to adjust a fitting, but with the ratcheting flare-nut wrench, you can keep it on the fastener, quickly loosening or tightening the fastener without destroying it in the process.

These are the best design in my opinion. Many newer designs have showed up but are overly thick and work less well. This design has been around for over 30 years. It just works.

      Don’t hold your breath ….
Hell you can’t even get them to replace (warranty) a tool that I paid full retail for without speaking to every agent climbing the ladder to head of CS, all for 1 socket…8 emails & a year for SK TOOLS to warranty it, no lie it took a year to have one socket warrantied…..Sad to see but since they were sold to Red star or whatever PRC Giant it was they sold to it’s been shit for CS.. I don’t care if it’s a transitional time for the company or not warranty and CustomerService must remain paramount or everything crumbles and once you stop honoring your lifetime warranty, you’re just another no good liar in my book….and another thing, look at their newly released wrenches, where is the made in USA stamp it isn’t there..I wonder why😂

I'm getting a set, lol. Those would be awesome on air line fittings. They need to make bigger ones as well. How about make a Jumbo set?

1” flare nut must be for hydraulic lines. Also, wouldn’t these mess the fasteners up to? You have the steel jaws grinding against the corners of the fasteners during the “ratchet” action. Or is not a big deal as you’re not tightening/loosening the fitting on a regular basis?

I would guess they would mar the fastener but it wouldn’t actually take off any structure the damage would only be superficial because they tighten pushing one way but on the backstroke they just open up

They don't wear the fasteners any more than a normal wrench. The opening action is pretty relaxed.

Since the sale of the beloved SK. When is SK PRC and Williams Tool joining forces? They both have the business model of Snap on prices for yard sale quality in common at minimum
