This is honestly the scariest episode so far to me because David is 100x scarier than any infected could ever be. Because the infected aren’t actually real but David’s exist all over the globe in every corner of the world people like David exist. David is very real threat probably the realest Ellie has faced so far.
Did you listen to the Creator Podcast for this Episode? An intersting take was that they made a point of comparing the two different communities in the show. One was founded by a lawyer on the principle of laws and shared decision. The other one is a bunch of people deciding to follow one leader and having him make all the decisions with his small circle. One is a democracy, the other a theocracy. And they pointed out that allthroughout history and around the world, Theocracies turn into comparable shitshows like this group. Their bottom line being: Religion is very bad as a basis to form a government on.
@@Quotenwagnerianer And they managed to make that point without it coming across as "religion bad", which could very easily have happened. Also, they didn't do the "all priests/preachers are pedos" thing either, because David mentions he used to be a teacher, heavily implying that he used his position to abuse his students, and only became a preacher after the apocalypse

Yep the moment she laid on his chest and slept to keep him warm is a parallel to Sarah falling asleep after movie night after fixing his watch. She became baby girl then.
This reaction was the first one I’ve seen that mentioned that the “regular” people in the group seemed to be afraid of David. That’s what stuck with me and made me wonder what else he had done offscreen in their past to inspire such dread of standing up to him. Also…in the beginning when the girl asked when they could bury her father, David and James exchange a look. I got a bad feeling about what was gonna be for dinner right then!!!
(Disclaimer: Just so you know my perspective, I haven't played the game.) As relieved as I was that Ellie had gained the upper hand and killed David, I was also absolutely devastated for her in that moment. Any innocence she still had was destroyed by what David did and attempted to do to her and by the fact that he forced her to hack him to death to avoid it. Ellie just lost a part of herself and will be forever changed and traumatised by these events. That guy was a monster. Joel, on the other hand, is an absolute weapon. The way he arose from his death bed and took out the men left behind to search for him, despite being wounded and nowhere near fully fit, was quite simply epic. As for that interrogation scene.... well, let's just say he wasn't messing around. I totally expected that Joel would burst in at the last minute to save Ellie, but I'm so glad they actually had Ellie save herself. She went beast mode. She's a true survivor. She is Joel's daughter. Can't fault this episode. Can't wait for the finale. P.S. If someone feels the need to tell you how good they are it's probably because they've shown you otherwise and as the old saying goes, "judge people by what they do, not what they say."
well said...i think thats what the writers were going for (same situation in the game). hopefully no spoilers were around for the ending to ya, its so conflicting.
u are right about that last part, been working with a new coworker who constantly brags and brings up how rich he is and how he doesn't need the job (he's also finalizing a divorce). its weird cuz it comes out of nowhere and nothing part of conversations lol
That’s good, because that’s what the game intends as well. You expect Joel to save her, but he only makes it in time to pull her away from David’s corpse. You’re glad she can protect herself, but wish she didn’t have to. I’ll say that not all of her innocence is gone, but she is clearly traumatized from this point forward in the game. Minor spoilers It’s sad because at this point in the game you can see Joel fully opening up and being fatherly, but Ellie is now quiet and distant. It feels like Joel’s getting his humanity back only for Ellie to have lost her’s.
This comment shows how good Neil and Craig are doing with the show because I’ve played the game at least 5 times and had the same feelings exactly. The fact that they’ve converted this story from a video game and are making as many changes as they are (a couple big ones actually) with the show and it still hits the same speaks VOLUMES to the whole cast and crew.
The Foley artist really did work with the dinner scene. It's truly unsettling to hear which works with the context of what the food is and how hungry and desperate they all are to eat. It's crazy
I really really REALLY appreciate your reaction to Ellie first fighting Joel at the end when she's too beyond herself to even comprehend it's her dad and not another rapist or cannibal coming at her. It broke my heart to pieces, even more than the babygirl line. Felt so real/realistic.
When this ends, TLOU isn’t going to be the only one we miss. Best duo reaction dynamic. 👏 I hope we get to see more both of you doing reaction together. 🤟
I get the feeling that David's men wanted to kill Ellie partly because they knew about David's "intentions" for young girls in the group, they get that they have done some horrible shit to survive, but nearly killing Ellie felt more like a mercy killing to me after I had rewatched the episode... I could be WAAY off, but that's the vibe I got 🤷
I don’t know if you played the game, but during the interrogation scene with Joel, one of the dudes refers to her as “David’s newest pet” so in the game at least they know what David does to young girls and just turn a blind eye. It’s totally possible that his men in the show knew too and wanted to spare Ellie in their own twisted way.
They’ve made a point of trying to narrow the gap between good and bad guys, making the good guys more questionable and the bad guys more sympathetic. That said, even in the game they knew what David wanted Ellie for and wanted to kill her knowing that. So I think you absolutely have reason enough to suspect that.
kinda make sense.... may be james knew it all along which is why he wanted to kill her... james must have thought it's better to kill her, eat her than traumatize the child for rest of her life... because that trauma even if you neutralize the threat.. it would never go away it leaves a BIG mental scar that you wear for rest of your life....
It was just that look on James' face after David shot his rifle in the air to stop them, it got me thinking, it looked like he was thinking "I just wasn't fast enough", Again, I know they don't read that much into James in the game, and I know that it's alluded too in the game that David's people know what he gets upto, to some degree atleast, but I thought it was a cool addition to the story to see small suggestions that these men who know the type of monster they follow in order to survive might try to atleast keep the suffering to a minimum if they can help it. From the few members of David's group that we actually meet in the game, I always remember getting the feeling they were all on board with David's way of thinking 🤷
It’s interesting Tara that you mention expecting Joel to save her but she saves herself, because in the game she does still brutally maul David, but Joel comes in and pulls her off of him because she can’t stop this violent rage that she’s in
I love how Jon said "bird of prey..." Then "birds of death." It was so perfect! That's symbolism that he noticed that I never would have even thought about. Yessssssssssss!!!!!!
the line that always gets me in the game version of the final scene was when joel grabbed ellie, when she recognized him she said, "He tried to... Before breaking down into his hug, i will never be able to forget the power of the line not said
I did not realize how much pent up emotion I had watching this episode until the end…. Wasn’t glassy eyed at all, but when Joel says “it’s ok baby girl,” the dam broke on me in a surprising way.
The pacing and editing of this episode was perfect; The tension building is *chef’s kiss*. The realistic terror of a character like David to Ellie’s guttural scream to Joel’s “baby girl” - this episode is just plain good tv. And “buddy boy” got me good lol.
"it's okay baby girl." Game or show, this instantly makes me cry, every single time. Ellie is marked for life with this, she's seen the worst and Joël wasn't able to save her from it...
I love the juxtaposition of some of the lines Bill's I was never afraid until I met you vs David's there is no fear in love. David's I decided you need a father vs Joel's babygirl. How one way of saying something is creepy vs sweet
Actually the dosage of the penicillin isn't apparently a big deal. I asked my nurse friend about it who watched the show and she said that any extra penicillin the body gets it just pees out with no side effects 🤷♂️
For real. I played the game too but I find that gamer reactors spend too much time laughing and getting giddy at every single thing that happens in the game or when they use exact lines from the game or whatever, instead of just enjoying the show for what it is.
@@lolasnormandyi agree, but I’ll also admit I was giddy as fuck when the included the Joel torture scene while my SO watched in horror. That was such a badass scene and I was thrilled they kept it in.
I always love this react better than the "gamers" because all the comments at the beginning were super fun and then when you see the penny drop its fantastic
As soon as David said he used to be a teacher to kids Ellie's age I had this sinking feeling that there was a specific reason he chose that profession...and I was right. What a well done but hard to watch episode.
Most religions have some sort of warning about "false prophets" and this is exactly why. When people are scared and vulnerable and overwhelmed, they are desperate for a leader to come along and say "it's gonna be okay", and the more desperate you are, the less discerning they are about who steps up and says, "I'll lead" - are they volunteering because they want to help people, or to gain something themselves? That's true for religion, politics, dysfunctional families, toxic friendships, cults, - any group has that risk. One of the things the show/game does well is highlight that the REAL threat in any post-apocalypse or other catastrophic situation is OTHER PEOPLE. Up until now we've seen folks kill each other In the game plenty of times, but it's at this moment where we're reminded of the laundry list of all of the OTHER horrible things that people can and likely would do if given the chance: grooming, trafficking, forced-naughties, playing "donner party the home game", etc., and that also separates out "true evil" from the fungus, the fungus is just doing what biology does trying to survive, but David? David is actually evil, and actual evil is WAY MORE terrifying. "It's okay baby girl" is another KEY moment in Joel and Ellie's story - Joel hasn't said "baby girl" since Sarah died and in saying that to Ellie, that's his way of saying "you're my daughter now for all intents and purposes". And Bella's face in that scene is perfect, you can see the accumulating PTSD building up on her face in real time. There are many different types of PTSD from a variety of sources - obviously when horrible things happen TO YOU, especially if they are done by sick malicious people, that's an express lane to PTSD, but another one that's not talked about as much is when YOU are forced into a situation where YOU do something that you never thought you'd be able to do, like hack an attacker to death, and then you have a hard time reconciling who you thought you were before that with who you are now. (That's the flavor of PTSD that gets a lot of war veterans), and the Ellie that walks out of the steakhouse is NOT the same Ellie that was carried in. Next week is gonna be nuts Cheers
John: "The cutlets of Christ. Finally brings out the steak." Those of us who've seen the episode: "My sweet summer child..." I think the one thing that really struck me about David was that I've started wondering, after a lot of what he said about "my people need me" and all that, is he genuinely a religious convert? Like, even if he's looking at Cordyceps as a kind of god, does he actually believe in some kind of god? Or is he just using it as the strings with which to manipulate everyone around him? Like, he obviously knows scripture but is it because he's spent the 20+ years since the outbreak actually reading scripture and listening to whatever god he thinks of, or is it something that's been kinda honed and memorised through years of just using it to manipulate these people? it's kinda tough because he certainly has an air about him that we can easily identify as being similar to a lot of existing evangelicals, but he's also just so focused on the violence in his heart...either way I fucking loved the moment when Ellie just unloaded ALL her anger, ALL her fear, ALL her sadness on his face with that cleaver. Now I'm torn between wanting the final episode now and wanting to put it off as long as possible because I don't want this journey to end yet.
As a Christian I'd say there's a lot of evidence to suggests he has no real interest in actual Christianity beyond cliches and manipulation. He sees himself as 'beyond' all that and is more interested in the cordyceps, hence his speech to Ellie about her being his (intellectual) equal.
My overall impression of this episode is simply this, i absolutely 💯 believe Bella is Ellie. This is a level of immersive acting that's Oscar level greatness. I i totally believed everything she did. Her acting is so great that even her body language is selling it. Her looks, tension, her whole physical being is fully convincing. She has to win every award going forward 👏 🙌
David is the scariest part of the first game. You have to hide from him in the restaurant while he stalks you with a machete and a gun. All you have is Ellie’s switchblade. You have to sneak up and attack him from behind multiple times. Each time you attack him you have to run and hide again. Oh, and there’s broken plates all over the floor that alert him of your location whenever you step on them, and there are times you can’t avoid it. I thought I was going to poop in my pants.
09:55 You can inject some antibiotics or anti-inflammatories in an affected area, usually using a higher dose. It’s called intralesional treatment/injections.
Imagine the flipside where the what if Joel was allergic to penicillin. Also it's almost impossible to get a instant kill on a adult deer... I have seen kills where the animal was literally shot in the heart that still managed to run almost 50 yards before dropping.
Amazing episode and Pedro And Belle deserve Emmys. David is one of the creepiest villains ever and Scott nailed. Even Troy nailed it with not a lot of lines. Excited for the finale and hope to get flashbacks of The Aftermath Of Left Behind And How Joel Met Ellie. Can't wait for you guys to see the end of the story because it's been quiet a ride.
Coming to grace your channel with some game knowledge! In the conversation David has with James (OG Joel) they reference "How much venison, elk, rabbit do we have left?" Venison - Human Male Elk - Human Female Rabbit - Human Child You learn this on a note you can find in the game. My jaw dropped when i first played this section.
Love you two reacting! Nice to have different points of view. I am sad this is ending but mostly scared, especially for Joel. This was so intense I got nauseous from the evil progression of David. What a banger of an episode!
This is where all of the themes and history starts coming to a head. It's the beginning of the end of the story... It teases both Joel and Ellies arcs not just for Pt 1, but for Pt 2.
Bella shot the reunion scene with Pedro before shooting the hacking of David. They are incredible and we're all expecting those awards!!! I had to pause for a minute when Ellie encounters James because I was screaming 'TV ELLIE MEETS VIDEO GAME JOEL!' 😂 We got a lot more context on David in the series than in the game. Before meeting Ellie, you'd think he's just a leader trying to keep his community alive and the gradual reveal of this predator just ups the creepiness and grip of this episode. Scott Shephard 👏👏
Could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that penicillin is supposed to be injected in large muscles. So, thigh or upper buttocks is probably best. Still, back of the arm would probably do, too. Given that she doesn't have medical training, I'd say she's just doing her best and putting the medicine where she thinks it's needed most. Edit: Legit, this is one of those episodes where...like, I know the scene at the end is acting. I know the scene with Ellie and David in the burning steakhouse is acting. But the way she reacts is SO DAMN VISCERAL AND REAL that the scene honestly makes me a little sick to watch.
Just give Bella Ramsey the Emmy already! I was wondering how dark they were gonna make the *DARKEST* part of the game. And yeah, they did not hold back. They made David in his last minutes even more disturbing than the game made him. And when David tells Ellie that she has a violent heart he had NOOOO idea. I would honestly put her near the top of the list of the deadliest people in tv or video games. When she is chopping the hell out of David it is cathartic at first but then you see the tragedy because Ellie needed to tap into all of the darkness and violence in her heart to survive. And then we get the scene of Joel hugging Ellie and calling her baby girl😭😭😭. I kinda wished that Troy Baker (the original actor who played Joel in the game) was cast as someone far more important than James. Still he was amazing and he had an awesome death scene, and it was darkly funny that video game Joel was killed by tv Ellie. Also wish that they gave Ellie her trademark bow and arrow, but hopefully we get that in Part 2.
I love your coverage of this show. It is great to see you two without the baggage of the video game to react and appreciate the show without constantly comparing the show to game. I have played both games but I enjoy the show as it's own thing. You two are great together so I hope to see more reaction videos from you both.
I feel stupid. I thought the eating scene was just showing how little food the group gets but David had so much meat on his plate. Good to be leader. I didn’t even think they were eating someone. Wow!
Having not played the game, I look forward to these reactions more than from people who’ve played the games. It’s like we’re all on the couch freaking out together
This episode showed us how far humanity can go to survive in the apocalypse, and it is not pretty. Nicely done video and episode guys. Keep up the good work.
For the pace to be this fast and for them to build up anticipation and suspense with the music and the acting. Couldn’t imagine a better game adaptation.
David’s description of Ellie is correct because she is and can be a very violent person as she later rightfully demonstrates to David’s face. The 2 sole words to describe Ellie are Profane and Violent which after this episode is something she’s going to need to come to terms with because what she did to David and what David wanted to do will be with her for a long time
That was very kind of Ellie to pre-chop up and cook dinner for the rest of the flock. But seriously, I wonder if after this the daughter found the place where the bodies were hanging and found out Dave fed her father to her
When I watched this on Sunday night, and Ellie injected the needled right into the wound - I thought of both of you and your reactions! Lol. You did not disappoint. As much as I love this show, I'm glad next week is the last episode. My heart and mental wellness can't take this anymore. Lol
That ending with Ellie and Joel always gets to me😭💔 I'm not ready at all for the last episode. I hope John and Tara will react to s2 when it comes out together again, these two are the best duo
Another element of David’s manipulation was when he said, “If you can’t trust me, then yes - you are alone.” Exactly what Ellie told Sam was her greatest fear.
Actually it’s better the rabbit got away because even if she shot it with a rife and ammo as powerful as that there’d be almost nothing left!! Also damn clean shot on the deer!! Clean. It was the adrenaline that made it run as far as it did
When will people stop calling the actors who played the characters "the voice of..."? These games were shot in performance capture. So they did way more than just standing in a padded booth doing voicework.
I’ve been watching this show with my dad when the new episodes come out as we both really liked the game, I usually watch the episodes alone first and then watch it with him but this episode was one I knew I couldn’t watch alone, this episode was absolutely horrifying. It was so amazingly made and the actors did a phenomenal job.
John, you better get the timing on the song. You saw from the Bill and Frank episode what happens if you get it wrong. Greg comes in and says, "No, no thank you" and plays it for you. That'll lead into a kiss and Tara will feel left out and it's all kinds of awkward. 😱🤣
This was one of my favorite sections in the game, and they adapted it almost perfectly. My favorite episode so far, and unless they really do the finale perfectly, probably my favorite episode of the whole show
I’ve been waiting for this! I enjoy watching you two more than the majority of the other reactors when it comes to this show. The ones who have played the game are far too hung up on how the two differ instead of actually enjoying the show that’s in front of them.
"TLOU Multiverse: Ellie Kills Joel with a Meat Cleaver" lol. Seriously, i love the fact that the 'Rejects' have used this 2-prong reaction approach (gamers vs non-gamers) - the gamers appreciate all the easter eggs and direct references to the game whereas the non-gamers get to enjoy the series without the burden of expectations. I'm one of the weird hybrids in that i never played the game but have seen most of the game's cinematic storytelling scenes so i know the broad strokes of the game's story arch. You guys are doing a phenomenal job!
Yeah, carried him all the way up there and outside, and then even revived him! I liked the description for David from Elise from Life Almost Without Reactions, saying that David is like an onion of evil, with every layer just being worse than the one before. But no, he would not be around if he were infected by Ellie, because they're infected, not zombies. If the host is dead then the infected is dead too, even if the fungi inside is still alive and feasting.
Seen a lot of reactions. No one has mentioned that daddy's little flock is probably going to starve, for real, now that 6 of their (most likely) best hunters died trying to end Joel and Ellie. Two (1 of them was Buddy Boy) dragged the horse back with Daddy Dearest. 3 were hunting Joel. 1 died in the basement, the other 2 were interrogated. No one was from the flock was their at the end to stop our father/daughter from leaving. I am assuming the one guy that pulled the horse back with Buddy Boy was sent back the village to meet up with the other 3 hunting Joel. Leaving him to be lone hunter to feed the flock.
Great video guys. Hate being the guy that has played the game and knows the story but they're doing such a good job and I LOVE seeing it experienced for the first time. They've changed bits subtly for us oldies that still make it fascinating. Well done guys, love this channel, love you all. Love from the UK

Yeah exactly. When they captured Ellie, David's men were about to kill her even after he warned them not to. They knew what was gonna happen to Ellie.
kinda make sense.... may be james knew it all along which is why he wanted to kill her... james must have thought it's better to kill her, eat her than traumatize the child for rest of her life... because that trauma even if you neutralize the threat.. it would never go away it leaves a BIG mental scar that you wear for rest of your life....
Wasn’t glassy eyed at all, but when Joel says “it’s ok baby girl,” the dam broke on me in a surprising way.
man i've seen so many reactions, probably 10th time seeing "baby girl" still gets my teary😅😅 it hits so deep
I love the juxtaposition of some of the lines
Bill's I was never afraid until I met you vs David's there is no fear in love.
David's I decided you need a father vs Joel's babygirl.
How one way of saying something is creepy vs sweet
Holy crap. What a great point!!
Excellent observation! I like how the show is drawing more parallels of things that were already in the game, but not clearly expressed.
Kind of underlines the fact that David doesn't know true love, or at least his version is completely warped vs what we see from Bill or Joel
@@pooty195 he only sees it as what he gets. You can tell he was like this before.
“How many thwacks was that?”
“Not enough.”
Same, Tara. Same.
The creators said something about how in this episode Joel didn't save Ellie physically... he saved her mentally. Amazing
That "It's okay, I believe him," scene was so badass Joel went Batman mode on 'em (plus the killing I guess)
Actually the dosage of the penicillin isn't apparently a big deal. I asked my nurse friend about it who watched the show and she said that any extra penicillin the body gets it just pees out with no side effects 🤷♂️
I hope all four of them come together to discuss about how they feel about the series after next episode
These none gamer reactions to this show are so much better imo. Great job 👍🏻
@@thebeezneez3539 Totally, so was I! So happy that they kept it and didn't shy away from how brutal it's supposed to be.
If Pedro and Bella don't get Emmy's from this I'm gonna be sooo upset
I always love this react better than the "gamers" because all the comments at the beginning were super fun and then when you see the penny drop its fantastic
"I wonder what this guy is like on a date"
Pretty sure this was a date for him.
Next week is gonna be nuts
Cheers
John: "The cutlets of Christ. Finally brings out the steak."
Those of us who've seen the episode: "My sweet summer child..."
I think the one thing that really struck me about David was that I've started wondering, after a lot of what he said about "my people need me" and all that, is he genuinely a religious convert?
“How many whacks was that” - I couldn’t even keep count. All I know is she turned his face into ground beef 😂😂😂 as she should ❤

@@shavedwookie699Damn, now that's dedication!
Crazy how the scariest part of the game and the show is a human causing the terror and not a monster 😭
They somehow managed to make David even worse in the show. The actor who portrayed him did a fantastic job. Definitely not an easy role to attempt.
3mins in when Tara said, “where’s the steak” I shivered.
🤢 Lol
In the conversation David has with James (OG Joel) they reference "How much venison, elk, rabbit do we have left?"
Venison - Human Male
Elk - Human Female
Rabbit - Human Child
You learn this on a note you can find in the game. My jaw dropped when i first played this section.
Omg 🤢
@@Allieh exactly
Oh gosh.... why did I need to know this?
Love you two reacting! Nice to have different points of view. I am sad this is ending but mostly scared, especially for Joel. This was so intense I got nauseous from the evil progression of David. What a banger of an episode!
This is where all of the themes and history starts coming to a head.
It's the beginning of the end of the story...
It teases both Joel and Ellies arcs not just for Pt 1, but for Pt 2.
Had to start the video all over cause I thought I went over Tara’s ring the bell moment 🤩. I need more of Tara and John reactions.
Bella shot the reunion scene with Pedro before shooting the hacking of David. They are incredible and we're all expecting those awards!!! I had to pause for a minute when Ellie encounters James because I was screaming 'TV ELLIE MEETS VIDEO GAME JOEL!' 😂
We got a lot more context on David in the series than in the game.
The ending cast David's reaction to the young girl who interrupted him in the first cult scene in a completely different light.
'Church in a steakhouse, I do not mind'...
I bet she'll be... 'Eating' those words!!!
Not sure you knew, but James was played by Troy Baker, the video game Joel
28:59
Yes they new. He mentioned it
Joel didnt carry anyone up stairs, it was another guy he knocked out outside and used for bait.
I just realized... John and Tara have NO clue about David
This gon be fun
"The cutlets of christ, here's the steak."
The people who knew beforehand: 😬
I love your coverage of this show. It is great to see you two without the baggage of the video game to react and appreciate the show without constantly comparing the show to game. I have played both games but I enjoy the show as it's own thing. You two are great together so I hope to see more reaction videos from you both.
I feel stupid. I thought the eating scene was just showing how little food the group gets but David had so much meat on his plate. Good to be leader. I didn’t even think they were eating someone. Wow!
They were eating Alex, that little girls father, their would be no spring funeral, you can believe that .
This episode was so intense and powerful. Bella Ramsey’s performance pierced my soul. Great reaction as always!
The 2 sole words to describe Ellie are Profane and Violent which after this episode is something she’s going to need to come to terms with because what she did to David and what David wanted to do will be with her for a long time
No matter the medium, the baby girl scene hits you like a truck
fun fact but David's right hand man James, is Troy Baker. The voice actor that played Joel in the video game hehe
Joel also reminds me of the guy that plays taken the dad because he’s so kick butt
Liam Nesson as Brian Mills!
That was a kill shot on the Deer :) 90% of the time an animal will run after being shot due to Adrenaline pumping, but once that is out they die.
Bella Ramsay said that the very last scene where Ellie and Joel are reunited was actually shot BEFORE she killed David -- that is freaking talent.
Watching people who don’t know where the story is headed is so much fun.
We need Tara and Jon to play the game after this.
That was very kind of Ellie to pre-chop up and cook dinner for the rest of the flock.
But seriously, I wonder if after this the daughter found the place where the bodies were hanging and found out Dave fed her father to her
These two are becoming favourite double act reactors I never knew I needed hope they're paired again after this show ends Gregg please make it so.
"Do you wanna eat or get vengeance?"
David: yes
episode was so amazing That was a real carol moment from The Walking Dead and I feel like Joel gives me Rick vibes
I can't get enough of the reactions to their reunion. It really hits.
I played the game, so I just wanted to see these guys how they reacted this sinister episode
Even half dead and Joel still KICKS ASS like a boss. That's the power of love, babygirl!
Bella Ramsey is great loved her in GOT…glad to see her in some that’s her own show in a way as she kinda is the main character
Please ask Tara where she got the word "shite". That's so Scottish and her pronunciation was great!!!
Clean. It was the adrenaline that made it run as far as it did
Troy Baker also hosts the Aftershow Podcast for The Last of Us.
I think it can be found on TH-cam, too.
Leaving a like for Tara because I was told to.
Also, buddy boy in this episode is the voice of Joel in the games.
Ellie killed Joel 😂
When will people stop calling the actors who played the characters "the voice of..."? These games were shot in performance capture. So they did way more than just standing in a padded booth doing voicework.
@@Quotenwagnerianer Not only that, but Joel and Ellie’s actors also came up with a lot of the dialogue and character development.
I'm hoping we get a post-show breakdown video featuring the two groups discussing their different viewership experience.
My favorite episode so far, and unless they really do the finale perfectly, probably my favorite episode of the whole show
The amount of unintentional cannibalism references in their comments is so funny
"There are tears coming out and they are not being wiped." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Interesting to see the differences in what’s censored between the reactions of the same episodes
Truly
Great video guys. Hate being the guy that has played the game and knows the story but they're doing such a good job and I LOVE seeing it experienced for the first time.
They've changed bits subtly for us oldies that still make it fascinating.
Well done guys, love this channel, love you all. Love from the UK
If Ellie had taken the cleaver, she'd have been going on alone.
