That was a very brave thing you did, leaving your job, but I'm sure that this will work out for you (it has so far!). I really love your videos and I am thinking about taking on a project of my own soon! Also, I look forward to seeing that Captain Keeli Animated Phase 2 we corresponded about either on here or in your shop! Seriously dude, you have a lot of talent and I'm super glad you've got so much support because you absolutely deserve it! Thank you for being such an amazing maker and content creator!
@@GalacticArmory I was making one of these myself as a Christmas present for my older brother and I was looking at the game’s texture and the helmet is more of a dark-grey. Just thought I’d let you know!

The Battlefrontier Thank you, I definitely will! I’m still just waiting on the bdu and the boots to ship in as the last and final touch but it’s taking a while due to covid-19 but once those get in then I most certainly will!
You should make a clone jet trooper jet pack from BF2 Edit: I wanna 3D print this cosplay, but I’m kinda new at this and wanted to see how you would do it.
I don’t have a 3D printer but I’m trying to make death trooper armour and helmet and you were a big inspiration to me. I hope everything works out for you. Stay safe man
Congratulations on going full time! If anyone asks about my helmet/eventual armor I'll 100% point them in your direction to buy helmets or just learn methods.
I love your tutorial videos. They make me less stressed about the bucket I got from you. Sometimes I wanna rush, but have to make myself chill and take my time.
Thank you so much for selling your helmet models as whole pieces! The other sellers I have looked to buy models from slice their models ahead of time and it is very frustrating.
I have been watching your videos for a while now and was going trough the internet for designs when mine did not come out well and the best design I found was your design and I did not realize it was yours till today. I have bean basing mine of yours for like 3 weeks.
One thing I noticed in battlefront 2, there isn't very much black on the lambent seeker armor. It actually seems to be more of a dark gray. Normally I'm not so picky, but I'm thinking of using this design to attempt getting into the 501st down the line. (For reference, try comparing the dark paint job of the helmet and armor to the visor.)
I've been enjoying your videos for a long time and recently picked up a couple files. I wish you all the best in the future with focusing full time on this! My Rex helmet is in primer right now, probably going to need more putty but so far so good. I'll continue to link your website on my tweets about the build!
My god. You are TALENTED! I cant believe u are this good. I wish I could make things like this. The best I could do was to make a cardboard springtrap mask. Keep up the amazing work.
to make the joining process of the 3 parts easier you could put a peg and hole system so that they can directly fit into one another making glueing them together less of a "hope I did this right" kind of thing.
If u want it even smoother another bondo layer . I smoothed without gloves getting it smoother that way. I used gorilla super glue gel that worked on putting it together and the nose, ears , range finder glued fast. Def get the mouse sander thing i did mine by hand def takes longer. Emery files for tighter spots too
Hi, I'm doing the same helmet right now, and have a question : Do you modify the size of the helmet to feat your head or just go with the 3d file ? As I want to be able to wear it as you do I got a doubt about this... Thanks to share your process its inspiring and good luck for your new professional life !
I recently bought a 3D printer for the purpose of making a helmet, but wanted to do a couple small prints first to make sure it was level and there were no problems. That being said, I have used a little bit of filament and was wondering about how much do the phase two helmets weigh. Thanks for any help at all :)
Your videos just keep getting better with upload. Keep it up dude, love your channel. Also, I can sand my Bondo after a few minutes, should I be waiting longer?
Wow, what an exciting time for you. I'm glad to see you taking this big step. Yours is the first Patreon I've considered subscribing to in a long time. Have you ever thought of using the variable settings in simplify3d for the tops of your domes? With the couple of helmets I've done so far I've found having the top at a finer resolution really goes a long way when I'm filling and sanding.
Yet. Another amazing helmet tutorial from galactic armory ! I love these videos ❤️. Good luck on the new career path, wishing you all the success in the world my friend !!!!
Have you ever thought about doing clone wars styled clones? I honestly love the animate style that some cosplayers go for more than realistic ones in some cases
Hey I'm a new subscriber and I just wanted to say that what you're doing is incredible! No doubt astounding, I've always wanted to do something like this and seeing your work really makes me wanna take on my own challenge!
Hey Dude your builds are insane, but i was just wondering if when you order does it only come as the 3d printed one or is it already sanded and painted by you when you order one
So I’m wondering what 3d printer size is capable to make these like what is the smallest printer that can make these parts? I’m just getting into 3d printing and I am wondering if a 220x220x250 can support the files to make the helmets or whatever printer can or suggestions. Thanks
Do you recommend not sanding or finishing the bottom? I noticed it was a bit more layery and rough then the rest. Is it a personal preference or do you think it’s vital?
Such good vids I’ve watched every one of your vids and I bought a ender 3 printer. But whenever I print something big it gets really stringy and screws it up does anyone else have this problem
Instead of black washing, can you use grey paint to grey wash? I’m working on a Rex helmet and 501st specifications say it’s weathered with grey but I don’t know if it works the same. Also how do you avoid the paint bleeding under the tape when spray painting?
Another happy landing!
That mandalorian helmet in the background looking pretty fly
General Kenobi !

I bought a 3D printer and the phase 2 clone armor. I’m hoping to make the courosaunt guard like you did. Thanks for the inspiration
Use ASA. Its much more resistant than PLA. Costs like 28€ per Kg
I'm going to be doing the same thing. I intend to make an ARC Trooper Fives though.
The LEGO Doctor 3D printing isn’t as easy as building LEGO...

Omg!!! I love this helmet!!! This and the blue and black arc trooper skins are my favourite in battlefront!!!
You said that visor had an original green tint. That makes me think a commander Gree helmet would be an awesome project! Keep up the amazing work!

You’ll just have to slice the file into smaller pieces. I think it’ll work if you slice the sides into quarters instead of halves.
I know it is not normally what you do but I would love if you created a General Skywalker design armor or Kenobi
I’m using your files to make arc trooper armour, could you please do a tutorial for attaching the ARC trooper parts to the phase 2 armour?
Yeah those guys are great for filament if you are in the us..

You just seem like the coolest guy. So inspired by your videos!
so cool as allways but why did u use a black base code the seeker arc trooper is dark grey or was it just personal preference
Awesome work as always keep up the great work loving your content from 🇸🇪
When you’re printing the large faceplate wouldn’t you use up less supports if it was upside down and the bottom was where you cut the dome off?
You should do a video showing all of the fan made helmets made by fans.
hay man just wondering when will you be restocking your store on your website everything is all sold out your stuff is amazing
I hope you do the cobalt hero next. That seems like a very difficult design to pull off.
Instead of black washing, can you use grey paint to grey wash? I’m working on a Rex helmet and 501st specifications say it’s weathered with grey but I don’t know if it works the same. Also how do you avoid the paint bleeding under the tape when spray painting?
could you do a short video on how to make the tape for painting? because i dont understand how i can do it without damaging the helmet
