Kenna if you want to improve the audio of that intro (or if you have that same issue on another video) you can use a denoiser. They are quite easy to use and they can help reduce background noise like ventilations ! Lots of love xx
The painting turned out beautiful! I really appreciate you showing the ups and downs of this process. I have wanted to pick up painting but I have been really intimidated by all of the great art out there. I felt like I wouldn't ever be able to improve but this video truly inspired me. Thank you sm!
I love that you just went for it even though you weren’t super confident in your abilities. This video (well seeing your progress on Insta leading up to this video) has actually inspired me to get back into painting. I felt like I hit a wall with my progress, like I was doing so well and improving so much, but then I was annoyed when I couldn’t do more complicated things, so I’d leave so many art pieces unfinished… but I think trusting the process is so important and I seriously feel so inspired after seeing you create this!
love that you kept in your failed idea's, i also like trying a lot of things while painting but loads of youtubers seem to have one vision of a painting that they're able to create no problems at all
ur hair looks so great love the decision to grow it out! (even though it looks great short too) and the painting is really really good especially considering it's just a hobby ! I hope u enjoy making these voice over/talking videos, I know you said it's not always your thing, but theyre super calming and I love them!!
As someone who also has aphantasia and is an artist (somehow) I emphasize so hard with the "trust the process that there is no process." your painting turned out beautifully!
I’m loving this Spring-themed aesthetic in your villain era! 🌿✨ In fact, I will say your villain era is one of my absolute favorite eras. Major style inspiration!!
As always, I readily enjoy watching you work. I love the way you create. I’m still completely enamored by the sound of your voice. And, I absolutely adore the way that you move. Diamond Sky, oh how you sparkle.
looks great! makes me wanna try painting over a print, such a nice idea for practising, and I love that you transformed it into this ghibli-esque scene :)
I’ve never commented before on any of your videos. I’m usually a big No on painting over someone else’s work because at one point that was there master piece and they’re can never be another original if that was an original. However your painting came out beautifully. I loved how you did the subtle studio Ghibli characters and elements. I loved watching the process. Job well done!! ☺️
You are too hard on yourself. It’s absolutely lovely. You did an excellent job, especially for a first timer! Your natural talent shines though here. I can see if you stick with this, because it’s clear you are absolutely capable of painting, that you will get better and better and will come to really love it and that anxiety will fade. All us artists have that cliche imposter syndrome lol so I can’t say that fades, but you will definitely become more comfortable. With your style, with the technology and techniques that work for you, and in the mediums that you love using as well. Anywho, all that to say, give it time and keep at it, you are doing great! 🖤✨🙌🏽
I totally get being a perfectionist and wanting a piece to look a certain way but DAMN this looks amazing, I hope you give yourself so much credit for how this turned out!
That was awesome! Thanks for sharing! I've never tried painting with a frame on, or painting over an old picture, that's such a cool idea! You have a lot of patience haha. It turned out really cool. And this video turned out really good too! I liked the ending 😅 well done.
This was an amazing and calming (yes I found even your commentary calming). Gets me in the mood to find a picture at thrift store and make it my own since I am not a skilled artist.
I went to school and got a degree in fine art, specifically oil painting and I’m a landscape painter. You did a great job!!! I also paint aggressively like that 😂
I love this video!!! I miss when you used to upload more often, but I don’t mind as much because the videos you put out are amazing. Really enjoyed watching this 💜
You are so talented! Every new video just proves that again again! ♥️ I loved watching this! I love painting so much & I’m so encouraged to go back to this!. Can’t wait for the next one.
This is just amazing, Kenna you are so talented and too hard on yourself. Beautiful painting 🎨 it looks better then the Monet you really brought it to life!
Thanks for the tutorial! It's gorgeous 😍 really appreciated ☺ Btw when do we get to see the Hause tour? No hurry; but got to use a lot of your suggestions:)) and I'm really grateful for the videos and efforts:)) Best regards from zürich Switzerland 🇨🇭 ❤
Your grass was phenomenal. I could sincerely not achieve such an amazing level of grass By the way, it's such an amazing idea to take a print and paint over it, I never thought of doing that! It makes me want to create a painting too!
It’s good for a first try . I love it 😍 and love your voice over guiding us through your thoughts and processes 👍🏻. Don’t beat yourself too much , failure is a logical and natural conclusion of trying something new . I’m not saying that you failed. I’m saying that not succeeding at the first try is ok, your learning to do something you never done and I think you did great 👏🏻🌸🌿
You should make this a series on your channel! The painting is stunning, and I'd love to see you make more, but based off of all sorts of different studios (like Ghibli) and fictional worlds. Like you could make Disney themed ones (I can already imagine you painting the Tangled tower), or a Harry Potter or Star Wars themed one. Honestly you could probably sell some too, you're really talented and I could see this as being something amazing if you continue to pursue it!
This was sososo well done !! And I appreciate you showing each step of the way, even the stuff you eventually painted over. Respect. Thank you for a wonderful video! This is really making me wanna take up painting. 💜🥺 Hopefully one day...
Very impressed with how it turned out. I would say I might've underestimated you as an artist? because this looks so nice, I had no idea you could paint like that since every other video before this one was rather simple. You should be very proud of yourself! I have no doubt you would've been able to illustrate your book on your own and do a good job if you had decided to go that route.
closed captions are still generating but since they are taking so long i decided to publish anyway in the meantime. x
Kenna if you want to improve the audio of that intro (or if you have that same issue on another video) you can use a denoiser. They are quite easy to use and they can help reduce background noise like ventilations !
Lots of love xx
@RinstarRunner SHE IS PURE ART PLEASE NEVER STOP BEING YOU
It has …..it has a distinct smell of a warm fart salad!
Kenna: I have no idea what I’m doing
Also Kenna: makes something breathtaking once again making me believe I can do it too
it's the way that all artists do this- i'm not sure if they're very humble or it really just comes so easy to them.
I hope there's no COPYRIGHT problems

this is genius. painting over a pre existing painting would be a life saver for a beginner like me. im totally going to try it out
love that you kept in your failed idea's, i also like trying a lot of things while painting but loads of youtubers seem to have one vision of a painting that they're able to create no problems at all

I’m loving this Spring-themed aesthetic in your villain era! 🌿✨ In fact, I will say your villain era is one of my absolute favorite eras. Major style inspiration!!

I just simply love and admired everything you do, you're so talented
BRAVO......well Done. It's great to have you posting again. You are very talented.
Your laugh (when you "aggressively painted the sky" as you said) makes me smile so much, it's the first time I hear your laugh and it's appeasing:))
Totally inspired me to start painting again 😍 I have been struggling so hard with my health this past year and need a peaceful hobby.
As always, I readily enjoy watching you work. I love the way you create. I’m still completely enamored by the sound of your voice. And, I absolutely adore the way that you move. Diamond Sky, oh how you sparkle.
I've been watching your videos for years, and it's so cool to see how much your art style has improved over time!
This is beautiful!! You did an incredible job, there’s no need to be so hard on yourself, you’re extremely talented 💕🌟
I love everything about this painting and honestly you helped me realise what style I really want my dream house in, Ghibli.
As usual, your videos are ethereal and calming.
Thanks for sharing. It looks beautiful :)

Super cuteeeeee. I love how people have been giving life to art that would have been possibly tossed

Your painting turned out lovely McKenna ! Great work, also the editing was really good as well! 🌷
It’s good for a first try . I love it 😍 and love your voice over guiding us through your thoughts and processes 👍🏻. Wowowow your hair looks so cool!

I loved this so much. It turned out beautiful 😍 pls do more art content!!
You did such an awesome job 👏
and I feel that flop at the end lmao.
The painting is stunning!
