With all the bad weather happening in the plains, I think that room lined in concrete would make a great storm shelter!
The large unfinished area of the basement would make a great home gym.
The wood that the kitchen island is in it is beautiful and really would like to see the entire kitchen cabinetry in it instead of the constant internal WHITE!
Thanks for the tour Timothy, happy for the new baby girl on the way, beautiful home with fabulous decor.🏡👏🏻👏🏻🏡.
I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite part is the tub in the shower. It's very unique, and it would be easy to get in and out.
Love the underline cabinets
I thought the same thing about the bookcase down stairs that it should be a secret door.
I love the back yard
I do like the kitchen and pantry and location of the garage door. This home could use a 1/2 bath.
This was a nice home. Makes a world of difference with a good floor plan and interior design. Only flaw was they shoulda put in a full range/oven. Fancy new modern homes should have two ovens. Makes a world of difference at holiday times or any time.
And yeah that big cement room would make great home gym area
And kudos for the master bath having the one large mirror. Adds volume and light. Hate those big master baths with tiny mirrors over each sink.
Overall real nice home!
Hello Tim 👋🏾 congratulations on the newest member of your family ❤ The house you showcased was beautiful per usual ☺️
Really nice home. I personally wouldn't want my tub in the shower. All I can think of is the mold that would grow behind the tub - places you can't reach to clean.
Same
This is beautiful
Love the wet room in the master bedroom….very nice!!!
Who knew, Utah has some outstanding houses!
You had me at Margarita❤
I really like the house too
Hate those garage doors and sad all these million dollar plus homes that don't have finished garages.
Good tour !
Timothy?? This modern home is just that!! Very Nice!! Really Roomy and very versatile!! The Garage doors are definitely different!! Looks Intriguing!! Really Beautiful Sturdy House!! Thank You!!❤😊
I love this beautiful home. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful. Love that bathtub.
Nice but not over $1million nice
👋
Exterior of the home looks nice.
No, I don't like the tub inside the shower enclosure.
I agree just weird
New drinking game!!! Start watching all his videos and the Only rule is you have to take a shot every time he opens the kitchen island trash drawer in each of his walkthroughs… almost never fails 😆
Seriously though this is the best home walkthrough channel out there and we watch a lot of them!!!
Would prefer a Japanese style ceramic soaking tub vs the free standing tub. Easier to clean both the tub and under the tub.
I think the windows in the garage look very attractive. However, I do not like giving strangers outside a look at my vehicles or tools. No windows thank you. There is no reason to tempt burglars to steal my mechanical property. Also, I agree with your opinion on the upper divided lights in the living room. Either solid glass or get rid of the top windows altogether. The ceiling over the patio really makes them useless for bringing light into the room.
I’m glad your truck survived the hail storm. I’m in the Ohio Valley and we are suppose to have threatening weather the next two days. Take care and I hope you get to enjoy family time this Memorial Day weekend.
Beautiful!!!❤
Tub look nice but you think they would provide more of a slant so you are not forced to sit upwards! Crazy that simple things like that are not looked at.
Prefer a large oval garden tub built into the wall, no sloshing water and easier to clean. Free standing tub water goes tepid quick and is a separate ex pense. No fun cleaning under the tub too😮!
Hello! Nice showing of the house, I liked it. But one question, do you Americans never hang your laundry to dry in the laundry room? The tumble dryer puts unnecessary wear and tear on clothes and the risk of the clothes shrinking is high. In addition, it draws an incredible amount of electricity, and surely you lack that too? I don't even own a tumble dryer myself, but I have built-in hanging devices on the wall in the laundry room.
Kind regards from Sweden
Usually only delicates are hung to dry… everything else goes in the dryer.
I love this one!!!
Another perfect tour!
I'd put freezers in the little pantry and not have the sink/counters.
You didn't show the dining room!
The prep sink should truly be a prep sink with the inserts that slide back and forth with a drain pan, a cutting board and smaller drain pan and raised racks to keep stuff off the bottom of the sink.
That's a workstation sink
COFFE BAR??
Did I blink, or did you not show the dining area or the patio? I think you're biting off more than you can handle. You are going through these homes entirely too fast.
The only dining area in this house is right off the kitchen. I definitely saw that.
Play hockey in that room
Basement definitely will be set up with game room arcade, bar and theater and gym in another room and a extra room for storing canned food emergency supplies.
Nice
Have the master tub separate from the shower and have a filler come from the ceiling for the tub. That's actually not a infinity tub. Infinity tubs have a space between them and a outer enclosure that holds water and the tub can be overflowing into the space between the tub and outer enclosure. They mimic how a infinity pool looks.
Thinking the same thing. I think he should have said, “it’s a wet room.”
Normal hallway and stairway width is 4ft, got this from a Master builder. So that stairway might be 5ft or more.
laundry room and underneath the fridge should have seal pan and emergency drain just in case and it will happen, there is a leak... just my two cents
If you have hard water, black is the last color you want in a shower
Not liking the placement of the laundry … overall it looks ok
Next the toilet will be in the enclosed shower area too. 😅
In some Scandinavian countries you may see that or even the whole bathroom able to be hosed down. Very sanitary.
I wanted to like this home, but I didn't. All that wasted unfinished space, even if they were finished as bonus rooms. Overall, it just didn't seem like a million dollar house.
Did not like this home especially at $1 million plus price point. I could see maybe high $600’s - $700’s but no way over $1 mil. I didn’t like the tub and shower together in the master bedroom and didn’t like that the other bedrooms were downstairs. The entire layout just seemed wrong.
Tubs should not be in a shower. I don’t want to be soaking in a tub while surrounded by soap scum
Something about this home is just off its as if the layout was AI generated. Honestly should be ashamed to lable this a 4Br. & im sure the camera doesn't do justice then to physically be there and feel the space out. the basement built In TV was the size of a computer monitor -_- and that wasted space after the kitchen was like yea "just throw a tiny sink in there all it a day" the steps where cool & the fit and finish was amazing and for $1M that fridge better be plugged in on move in day lol
Don't like that this million dollar plus home doesn't have a formal dining room, only the casual dining area surrounded by windows. No place for China hutch
Oweee I’m loving the kitchen!
Isn’t that called a wet room in the master bath? I like those…..
This is a really nice home. 😀 It reminds me of the style of Frank Lloyd Wright.
