- New Update about Double legalization of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for Lithuania after 18th January 2024!
I am gonna explain you complete details about double legalization process for lithuania in this video!
Guys You can apply for double legalization from any lithuanian embassy where you can go easily but make sure you must have appointment first and also attested your document in your embassy at that country before visit lithuania embassy. Lithuania consular office will send your PCC to MOFA Lithuania and this process will take time!
But only thing you can get double legalization only through embassy, now you can’t send your document to Lithuania MOFA due to excessive requests for legalization after 18th january 2024!

Guys You can apply for double legalization from any lithuanian embassy where you can go easily but make sure you must have appointment first and also attested your document in your embassy at that country before visit lithuania embassy. Brother this power of attorney i get from Pakistan embassy website because when you provide power of attorney so you need to follow the format what embassy mentioned and power of attorney is only need for those who is going on the behalf of applicant and that person also not blood relationship then it’s need and all those points what are mentioned on power of attorney, it’s for different resons so you will follow first 2 paragraphs in which you can mention all required details, and 2 witness details and then that attorney must be attested by MOFA Pakistan then it will attest again in Pakistan embassy where in that country you’re going for submit for legalize.
If a person going on the behalf of applicant and that person is blood relationship then only need FRC(family relationship certificate).
In both cases that person also can show both documents in Lithuania embassy.
But if you’re sending any blood relation person to lithuania who is already living in europe so then no need for power of attorney.

Authority letter required only for out of blood relationship, you can make authority letter on affidavit.
For blood relationship you don’t need authority lettet
means we can authorise on E Stamp paper with providing details of 1. authorized person, 2. authorizing person and 3. objective of authorization .

if the applicant visiting embassy then definitely he doesn’t need to attest by notary, notary attestation only for those who send someone on behalf of them. and i asked from embassy, they are not accepting documents by courier right now!

Hi, you should translate your Qatar pcc in English and also do attestation from Mofa qatar and then also from your embassy in Qatar, in this way it will be easy to make attestation from MOFA Lithuania otherwise they could ask you to attest from Qatar embassy etc, so it’s better you make it before.

Appointment you have to take.. I can just bring your documents to embassy or MOFA Lithuania Vilnius, Without cost just need to pay travel cost or cost of staying. This process I am doing more then 10 years.
Second.. indian citizens do not need legalization.. they just apostille the documents.
