u told that awareness is the one that develops but the concentration is the one that recedes , so in the context of observing a an object say pen on the table, in the context of concentration i only repeat to myself that pen is present over there 100 times but in awareness perspective i just go in to minute details of it. But to what extent i need to go down to the details of observing an event or object ? u also told manassu is nothing but chain of past events and objects so if i simply close my eyes shud i need to analyse the minute details of an event that comes to my mind (even if its a bad event of my life, and wont it increase the stress)? im actually confused with this awareness concept plz do help me with it. shud i let the events and objects flow or shud i dissect them down to minute details recursively?

Take note of its weathered appearance and the broken cap. Gradually shift your attention to the auditory sensations-the gentle hum of the fan. Allow your mind to naturally turn inward, embracing the subtler aspects of your experience, such as the automatic rhythm of your breath and the steady thumping of your heart. Notice how the mind attempts to address certain concerns without any specific challenges, leading to a state of restlessness-anxiety. It is in a constant agitated state? Past memories are creating a suffering… Who picked this thought? Why? What is this mind? From where it commences? Who is source?… Ego ? Where does it exist in my head? If you try this, at a certain point of time (with incessant effort indeed), mind escapes from its loops of craving-suffering. A sense of ecstasy takes over, but only for little duration. But it is a promise to pursue the same path. Naturally you will start putting more effort going forward
