Does the black rectangle show the Trap house from the side?
I ask because your drawing sometimes only makes sense if it’s the *back* of the Trap house.

I use it to show different angles. At the beginning of the video it is used to show the side. Then I use it to show from the back of the house.

How can one determine how to select an appropriate coach?

First I would try to watch an instructor shoot. This is not to see how many they hit or miss. See how they move the gun to the target. The easier they make it look the better you are to use them. Then take a lesson. They should be able to help you become more efficient and give you a better understanding on how to shoot.
