I am not only proud of the TVXQ! duo but the Cassies who have always stood beside them! It is NOT easy being an active part of the fandom when there are younger and much more popular groups (on international level), like Exo and BTS getting millions of views on their teasers and MVs (within mere hours of release), out there! I do not want to undermine the hardwork of younger acts but it is thanks to people like Yunho and Changmin that Kpop was exposed to more people ever outside Korea, in the first place, including myself. Yes TVXQ! are at a point in their lives that their talents have been already recognised a long time back but it is very disappointing when they are very much under-appreciated as compared to many acts who have a lot less to offer. Call me old school but I honestly prefer my singers who can actually sing with the use of least amount of auto tunes (if any) and not have to slather excessive make up all over their faces to have a personality! Also thanks so much for the upload and providing this little space for my rant lol.

I was just seeing the latest trends in Kpop and saw that Wanna One's “0+1=1 (I Promise You)” has been certified Triple Platinum with over 750,000 copies sold! On the other hand apprently Exo's Baekhyun's fansite has collected over $500,000 worth of pre-order for his streetwear label Privé! Of course TVXQ! have legendary status when it comes to kpop in general but we have to be realistic here, unfortunately they do not enjoy huge fan-base around the world like many other acts with lesser talents and perhaps even much little to offer in comparison to them, which can be very frustating to someone like myself at least. It would certainly be nicer to see their quality music and hardwork being appreciated more but hey life is not always fair.
