Thank you for your testimony. Went through something similar. Almost took my life at 18. Now i have kids and I always try to impart in them the confidence to stand up for themselves, and I remind them all the time how valuable they are. I was soft and took a lot of crap from people, had low self-esteem and was an easy target as a result.

You are welcome and yes when we are too soft people take advantage but they should not change who we are. We need confidence and knowing we are worth it and not allow people define us.

I’m so sorry you had to go through all that, I can feel the pain through your voice💔it’s true stress can cause ulcers,you are such a great person for forgiving people who left you with such painful health issues
