I needed this today. I have those same sponges and they’re not easy to squeeze. I have bad arthritis in my left hand too so I’m always 😩😭 after. Thought about cutting mine in half but I don’t know if that would make much of a difference. I used Hexol and a softener but to no avail. I love your videos so much! 💚
Dettol softened them up a bit. I was afraid Hexol would cause them to fall apart. They are definitely super-sized sponges. I find the best sponges in auto stores lately. My husbands shop has a guy that comes by selling all kinds of man car stuff. It's called a Snap On truck. I for sure want to see if there's some sponges in there lol Next week when the guy comes by I'm going in sponge hunting👀Thank you for watching.
I've been having issues with my left hand lately.Thinking of seeing my doctor about it. There's been a odd stiffness in it but I've never had that issue before. Sorry to hear you have arthritis, I've heard it can be quite painful😔
Sponge MamaG I have that stiffness too with an achey soreness from my wrist to my fingers. Both hands but more prominent on my left hand. They told me it was arthritis.. had this problem after the birth of my son and got worse after the birth of my 2nd child. So I can’t do much squeezing or squeeze for long periods. Luckily I haven’t had any of my sponges fall apart after Hexol. Knock on wood.. hehe. I used up the last of my Dettol and I haven’t reordered because the ones online smells off from the Dettol I get from London. I used to have family send it directly from there to me. It’s a hit or miss for me purchasing it online and they’re never sealed! Probably why they smell off.. who knows if they’re mixing it with other stuff or filling the containers with cheap Dettol knock offs. 🤷♀️
I always wonder if your hands get achy and tired after so much squeezing but wear and tear comes with age no matter what we do or don't do it seems. Thanks for the video! 🙋🏾♀️💘
kesha avanelle You’re right hun, age can and will change many things. My doc says pregnancy can also change you inside out as well. Some changes are temporary and some are permanent (chronic). I never had these issues prior to pregnancy. Oh man, what us women go through... but that is also what makes us stronger too. 💪 😆
