      Now seriously, what mother doesn't report her missing kid for more than a month? Then she kept lying about pretty much everything. Yet, a judge set her free? In which universe does that make sense? Not in mine, it doesn't

    Boy in the box's murderer is probably a parent ...soo effing sad

      I thought so too, because what parent doesn't come forward to identify their child? No relatives or neighbors? Very odd.

      I’m hoping there is some DNA still on the evidence, so they can track him through ancestry DNA like they have been doing with other cold cases. They have been solving 50/60 year old cases with ancestry DNA and this was the first thing I thought about when I heard about it.

    #10 isn't accurate. He wanted to get caught, he wanted it to be known that, he wanted to be charged for all 63. A couple survivors went to the police but they completely ignored it. A child even went to the police twice but they threatened him for underage drinking. That murder was a sick sadistic person.

    those three youths that killed the three children after years in jail were found innocent and they confessed because of police pressure. you should give complete details.

      They were not found innocent. They took an Alfred plea to get out of prison. An Alfred plea is an unusual plea that allows the defendant to plead guilty to a crime while still maintaining innocence on a personal basis. Legally though, they plead guilty to the killings and all three are convicted murderers. I will agree he should have brought up that fact and I was surprised he didn't but legally they're murderers. Even then, there is a tremendous amount of evidence that was left out of all three Paradise Lost films. It's very very likely based on all the evidence not presented (and I did a ton of research into it because I originally believed in their innocence) in the movie that Damien Echols and Jesse Misskelly were involved in the killings. The only one I don't but is Jason Baldwin. Damien only partially 'confessed' but he is a relatively smart guy. Jesse on the other hand confessed to numerous individuals numerous times ranging from the police, to his attorney, the driver driving him to prison and took it back every time. Believe what you want to believe about their involvement. But you should look into the complete details in regards to the legality of their guilt an innocence.

      @@cainmathewson1857 can we agree on they should have said: The truth is yet unknown? And that it was just convenient for the police to blame the first guys who seemed suspicious without solid proof? For anyone who wanta to learn more about that case I recommend watching the documentary.

    Give the complete story on the west Memphis three. Their sentence was overturned and they were set free. They were convicted due to how they looked nothing more. Miskelly also was not mentally competent to deal with hours long interrogation where he was told just say he did it and he could go home. A forced confession and the sloppiest trial. Took years for these wrongly convicted boys to go free. They lost the best years of their life for something they didn't do

    • @BBE2022
      @BBE2022 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I so agree! I watched EVERYTHING that there is about the case. It's not up to me to blame anybody but I do agree on that those 3 kids didn't do it. They were just too incompetent for such a crime. All of them.

    WHATTTT?!!! if there is water in the lungs you know the person was alive when they drowned....did she have water or traces or did she have signs of struggling to breathe? Where is the duct tape? Was there signs her face was taped? She is guilty of at least not reporting, burying the body, and neglect! What was she doing when she "drowned" 🤔🙄 come on...

    I really like this Channel, but u are so off on the west Memphis 3 case. First the kids killed were lil boys not teens.
    Second. The 3 who did almost 20 years in jail for The case were innocent.
    3rd they didn't confess in court.
    The cops interrogated Miskelly illegally for 15 hrs (or something close to that) and forced him to confess, and he has mental disabilities.
    The cops blamed the 3 immediately with no evidence bc they were Goth. They are innocent.
    My Opinion, it was the 1 lil boys step father who killed them lil boys
