Please AI hurry and replace these absurd real estate agents. Why the F do we need real estate agents these days?? I mean like WTF. I can buy 1 million in stocks in 2 seconds for very little in fees and no commissions. We don't have stock brokers anymore. AI knows all the RE rules and regs. It can fill in the stupid forms and tell us where to sign.
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
Absolutely Marisa Michelle Litwinsky is the FA I use. Just google the name. You’d find necessary details to work with and set up an appointment. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
AI "will" be certified as doctors, lawyers, and everything else maybe sooner than expected, which will be wonderful. The people who disagree might be the doctors and lawyers sending huge bills to their customers, but those customers will throw them under the bus at the first opportunity in favor of AI.
Agreed, I would definitely trust a AI doctor who is cheap, 24x7 readily available and relatively smart over a supposedly trained human doctor who makes me wait hours to see him, spends only spend 15 mins with me, isn't up to date with the latest cutting edge medical information and is incentivised by pharma to only pop pills all day and misdiagnoses 95% of the time Even if it was illegal id still prefer it.
great guest but the audio quality leaves a lot to be desired. was going to check out the full interview but the audio is not great. just some friendly advice!
Nobody wants AI to take our jobs, but anyone with common sense knows, if we make AI illegal, our enemies won't, and you just can't let our enemies have advantages economically over us.
AI is built through algorithmic logic and reasoning. It is similar to the discipline of applying historical methodology. The scariest consequence of AI is it began to counter the historical narrative of WWII. And it could not reason its way to six million. That’s why certain lobbies and museums began to rlly for AI regulation.
For a billionaire he doesn't have a clue. Sure industries and governments will resist certain AI like doctors and lawyers but another country/individual/company without those limits will build a version that outcompetes a human and publish it on the web and then the world will have access to it even without government support and people will just start using that. Example mp3s were technically illegal too, but did that stop its proliferation? No.
- democracy is the system of government by which the common man knows what he wants and deserves to get it good and hard. - Somebody needs to actually demonstrate that these things are possible. They need to be presented to people. - They need to be made as much of fait accompli as possible. - The answer is that brave people just have to step up and demonstrate that there is a better way. This is the only way for things to change.

Your advisor must be really good. How I can get in touch? My retirement portfolio's decline is a concern, and I could use some guidance.

Protect the cartels! It's all cartels, every aspect of the American economy.
Joe is such a stud. It makes me sick how today’s role models are so off and far away from what real and true role models should be. Keep it up!

The ubi is so people stop protecting all the societal structures that keep them afloat
In a nut shell, what is the mam saying?
Nothing at all. A bunch of bullshit. People forget that no one knows exactly what will happen in the future or the near future.
Regulations for Ai is coming but now its more accessible...in the future it might not be
Is he from planet Remulak?
I don't know why; I always felt this guy was corrupted to the core! Just listen to his response to what is web3 !
