Can it be that something is wrong with Intel? Can it be that Intel has a problem and thus makes wise corporate financial decisions? Should we credit Intel's performance and decisions only to an Israeli government? Should we credit Nasdaq's over performance to an Israeli government? Why not, this is as a good argument as the Intel argument.
