Now if that was me at 1:39... I'd be running like a motherfucker!
Love this plane
In Australia, we have Jim's Mowing, in New Zealand, they have the Air Force.
That's pretty much what it felt like as it flew over! A honking big
lawnmower!
Did any one hear the whistling sound of cameraman's ears after 1:37? 🤣🤣
wow! cutting the grass
The Hercules C130, I love that beast! Beautiful footage. 3:01 Amazing banking there!
One thing tho.. If I were you, I wouldn't put any music in this video at all, the footage at itself does the job pretty well.
EXCELLENT FILMING!!!!! Love that HERCULES!!! Keep up the good work.
Geez that C-130 should be in a museum
Saw a C-130 do a pass at 1000feet, low as rumble. And the plane is fucking huge.
Its called the wheel barrow pass and we used to put the nose wheel on the ground but not now. If someone has that footage that would be cool to have on utube.
My desktop photo, right now, is Zero-Two doing a wheelbarrow at Classic Fighters Oamaka 2017. He was a lot lower than this guy: if I'd been standing in front of him I would have been hit on the head by his nose wheel, but I was safely up the stand.
i live a quarter mile away from an airport and the air force stop and goes there with these things. they are fucking huge.
Notice the guy standing in the left rear jump door as he makes the pass in the first half of the clip...?!?!
Steven Robeson That would be the loadmaster
Yeah, I saw that... Sweet!
Trimmed nose down, yet maintaining straight and level. *Mind blown*
How they cut hair in the RNZAF 1:35
Oh, yeah!!!
Beautiful aircraft - so big and meaty ;}
RNZAF flew one over my home in Waitara recently - love it
Rumor has it there is a ghostplane flying around Derbyshire.
They took photos and said there was no noise.
That is the whole point of the Hercules low flying and drops. Fly low downwind, quiet approach. Drop the load and out of there
C -130 สวยครับผมชอบ
Very cool
The RNZAF Need to buy 4 Airbus A400M to replace these ageing C-130 Hurcules
and also for Prime Minister Regional Air Transport ( PMRAT ) they need to buy 1 Bombardier Q400 to move the Prime Minister from 1 place to another .
I wish NZ had the money to buy an AC-130! Bro that would be fucking scary. Seeing that shit in the air with canons and guns. Its like moving artillery
It is very beatiful.
lots of flap flying. like the camo against blue to haha :)
8 of those flew over our school last week. holy shit they were loud
Michael Chapman in March 2017 5 B-52s flew over my school! Much louder than a c-130
Nice view. Look at Herkulesy C-130 nad Zbierskiem
Sweet C130 with a excellent pilot and crew.
The audio didn't seem to match the video.
Based in NZ. see our web site at aviationfilm
talk about a wing and a prayer. c-130 is a great one. successor to the c47 or rd 4 tip ofthe hat to.. well newver mind. its like a ford 8n tractor. worth more now than when built
1:35 that is 100% terrifying.
+Redd Vlogs 1:41 confirms that
Wow
me at school today with mates i hear a rumble comes aroung the corner one those planes! no higher than 200ft above me FUCKING SCARY SHIT!
Did you get your hair trimmed at 1:29?
Almost! It was pretty exciting! ;-)
I was once working at small airport when I was younger (I "pushbacked" gliders, connected them to the towing plane with a rope and assisted them during take off). It's fun watching all the aircraft take off from inside the airport. We had two runways. One for commercial airlines and one for small aircraft and gliders. So I really understand what it feels like to be that close to airplanes!
hey HAFU sorry i dont know your official name but do you live in new zealand or do you just visit alot
100% flaps would be the cause of that. very exaggerated inside the airplane
1:17
At sec 2:06, Guy standing in doorway of aiplane
quit hotdogging..Some of my friends were killed in 1987 doing the same trick
its there bread and butter!!!
Thats a smokey plane
I came
1:39 ...DaaaFaaaack
I have always said that the new Zealand pilots are a bit mental
Do you mean RNZAF pilots or just all pilots? At the recent Classic Fighters Omaka 2017, I was talking to an Australian couple, who said they love coming to NZ air shows. They said there are a lot of regulations in Australia regarding air shows that restrict what the pilots can do and how close to the crowd they can fly. They said, in NZ, pilots are allowed to "fly them like they stole them".
The best photo of an aircraft that I have ever taken was at the 2015 Classic Fighters Omaka, when John Lamont, flying the brand-new restored Mark IVX Spitfire, did a low pass about 50 metres out from the crowd. I caught him coming around the corner, 50 feet off the ground, in a sixty-degree bank, at more than 300 mph.
When I saw how well the photo had turned out, I was rapt. I didn't even have to Photoshop it.
My current desktop photo is C-130 Zero-2 doing a wheelbarrow at CFO 2017, less than 3 metres off the ground.
This is crazy sh@t
