I sit and read or look outside. I want perspective on layout inside and workstations/reading/TV watching areas. Don't need closeups of bolt heads and control panels. Wife reads at one end and I read or look outside at the other.
It will be great if they add around 7 solar panel, so that we can have more off grid experiences and then on demand hot water, drinking water faucet, electric stove and so that the ceiling become spacious, they should pull in the ac space, furthermore many electrical outlet for handphones, tablets, etc. And to maximise the shower area they can add pull out toilet..so you can push it in certain direction as needed..pull down bed well be nice also..and then the price will be sky rocket..LOL
Nice looking vehicle. I'm not sure the bed would be very comfortable with all those scallops and ridges in it. Support poles on the awning would be preferable.

I have never slept on one but those seats that make into a bed in the back just do not look very comfortable to me. I would think you would feel every seam where they come together. Looking at the layout of most of these it is clear they are a compromise. Every builder tries to put enough sleeping for a family. No one has a layout geared for comfort for a single person or a couple. After seeing what some people have done with a home build I am becoming more convinced that is not only more suited to individual needs but will be less expensive as well.
MSRP $154K+ EGADS!!! Why do the newer models emphasize on having so much seating inside? Prefer a dedicated bed in back, and then design storage around it. Electric folding bench/bed = uncomfortable and something more to break.

I SO want to like Airstream B Class. I really do. But for the $$$$, there are other B class builders who make better use of space and have equal or better quality than Airstream. Plus, I am not seeing anything innovative or unique about Airstream Just not worth the $$$$. Sorry.

I know what you are saying and I agree but the new 2015.5 Leisure Unity Murphy Bed Van is the best of both worlds. The Expresso Brown/White modern interior in my mind is the best in this class even better than the Airstream. I viewed both models at the Los Angeles County show a few months ago. I would rate Airstream number 2 in this class. This is just my opinion. I am very much into modern and mid century design. I wish the larger RV's were designed with a modem look but they are all behind the times. Leisure and Airstream were the best designs of the show which included the very large RV's.

What I would like to see with Airstream is to have some slide outs and to be built a bit wider and I would like to see both manufactures use the rear of the van as a interior storage area for a bicycle or a scooter like a Vespa also like to see the roof area have at lease 4 solar panels on the roof as a standard feature.

The Leisure and Airstream RV's were more my style and I even liked the vintage RV's from the 50's. They had about 15 vintage trailers. They were very cool.
Almost every motorhome video are not well shown. People could give, in first, a quick external look 360 degrees, level of the ground. Immediately they should get inside the RV, pointing the existant rooms and how they are. And then things like room for storage, capacity of each kind of reservoir and technical features. It is very dull to stand listening or seeing details BEFORE seeing what the thing is. Anyway, thank you.

3500 pound chassis? Not really..it's a one-ton. Rear view monitorup top on the back? Not really...that is the camera...the monitor is on the dash. Get somebody who knows their stuff...this guy is rediculous
