Everyone in and around the city absolutely loves it and will eat it at least once a month or so, but everyone who comes in from outside the city thinks it's the most disgusting thing on planet earth. I am firmly in the "absolutely loves it" camp, but I've also been eating it for as long as I can remember. You can't really think of it as "chili" though. It's just Skyline.
The most integral ingredient of chili is dried chilis in the form of chili powder. You can make a damn good soup or stew but take out the chilis and it's no longer chili. While many people put beans in their chili, it is entirely optional, and some die hard chili fans would insist on never using beans. Skyline chili differs from regular chili in two ways (the pasta and most have cinnamon added)
Things that Chili Needs: -Beans -Meat -Some sort of noodle -the right amount of cheese (as a wisconsinite, cheese is necessary and I apologize if you don't like it ) -crackers take one piece away and what you have is meat soup.

Like it doesn’t sound that special to me. After watching the intro I can say that I was wrong. It is better with a general gist of the strategy and some key cards' interactions. There was a bit too much info this time.
