Some great examples of shallow fishing. Most of the waters I fish in matches have minimum Lash and Trace rules, but I have adapted the Poly Ball rig ti maximise the oportunities using your video. Thanks Rob. Keep them Video's coming. Cheers
Would have changed to a shallower rig after about 10 second of putting that rig in. Fish are always going to be very shallow to start after priming, then as a rig is in and out will diminish and you have to start dropping down a bit
@@adamn9660 What I've done several times is to over soak the micro pellets and mix them into a slop, then feed them from your pole cup. It works just as well if not better than actual groundbait.
This isn't a definite rule. It's just 1 way of doing it. I personally seldom feed anything like GB to my shallow swim and have had over 200 weights doing so. Dont watch this video and think it's a step by step definite rule book - a good angler would take ideas from this to apply to their fishing, not just follow word for word

Would 1mm feeder pellets be allowed?, Think they would as well as groundbait,
Just feed 2mms instead works exactly the same
