A twenty year old son of Ankole crown Prince John Barigye, who was buried yesterday has been installed as the heir amid jubilations from close relatives and friends of the Ankole Royal family. The installation ceremony of Charles Aryaija Rwebishengye as Ankole crown prince was marked by elaborate Ankole rituals. It also once again brought to the fore the long-standing debate for the restoration of the Kingdom to promote Ankole culture.
