Great video, very useful tips. One question please: when top-spinning with backhand near the table, should you apply some hit to the ball and not just pure brushing of the ball? I find that when I apply too much brushing, the ball is inconsistent and can tend to fly out. Appreciate any tips on correcting this issue. Thanks.
It’s about having the right balance of spin and speed, but also timing your shot well. Experimentation is key, I can’t how you play, but when you find something that works well, keep doing it.
Yep, it takes applying some pressure on the ball from above, even though it sometimes seems counterintuitive. Somehow, when I press lighter but brush more intensively upwards, the ball tends to fall into the net more often than when I apply more pressure. A high-arc rubber helps, too, in gripping the ball. Mine is Andro Hexer Grip, and it's perfect.
please make a video for moving from soft sponge to medium sponge. I personally started with softer sponge, and I had good control enough to gain my confidence but when moved to harder sponge like Mark V, I was not able to control consistently. I have observed whenever I put more power when looping topspin the ball just goes with flat hit out side of the table
Sensible advice, nice

In short, brush the ball more.
