- In the NEW limited time Sims 4 Scenario "TOO MANY TODDLERS" (aka the toddler challenge) I completely lost my mind. And then broke it....I think.

So, in other words, during the 100 Baby Challenge FGG is already doing on her stream channel? :)
Robin Chesterfield this is a practice round for irl Janine's descendants yes
Was Janine ever a baby?
“Is anyone living in this house I don’t know about?
Me: BEAN?!?!
"Limited Time only!"
Oh God, it's getting worse. Please, EA, don't let someone put the loot box/gacha system there.
I feel like it is not that bad here with the time limit because it is just about the start of the challenge. Like the way i understand you can just start it, create the Sims and the house and everything but you can still play it like months later?
Don't worry, it's fairly easy to unlock them ALL at the same time with mods. They aren't online-locked
Too late 💀
I got a text from Eliza Pancakes where she said something along the lines of "A lot of people hate me."
So yeah, I think the Sims is definitely calling out its players.
This can be done in about 8 sim hours and before any of them need a bath or need to sleep. It's definitely harder if you don't use any of the optimal ways to learn, but the system can be gamed without cheats and I didn't even use a skilled adult or magic. I just used a tiny home, lot traits (study lot and child's play), and the better ways of gaining skills. Tablets suck. Thinking: watch the adult, movement: toddler slide, imagination: make believe in the dream home decorator tent, communication: babble/talk to stuffed animal (also gives them attention). Don't bother with a potty since they only need 4 skills and just go in the diaper and change the diaper.
I wanted as little interaction with the kids as possible so I also locked them in the room with a tablet as well.
I chose an apartment with Child's Play instead lol. Next time, I'll definitely pick a Tiny Home and Study Lot too! I don't have DHD Pack yet but will keep that and the Watching option in mind for the future (I already knew about the toddler slide and plushie babble), because I love playing with toddlers and I usually try to get whichever is the weaker version of the toddler reward traits. With more optimal choices (someone also told me the toddlers can watch each other poop and gain potty skill that way), then I might regularly go for the improved version of the trait because the only thing that stops me is getting tired of the toddler grind.
I hate doing the child aspirations because they're somehow worse (not enough options so I've gotten sick of them; plus the motor skill aspiration doesn't even have a reward) and the Scout badges are easy but I don't feel like doing that with every single child. Toddlers I don't actually get sick of so I might focus their skillz, then play with them however I want, age up the children fairly quickly (once they get an A and/or all badges), and handle the teens however. I also used to pay attention to the Parenthood traits but after a while I usually just focused on the easiest ones. Might double-check what the traits buffs are and aim for a harder one than Responsible IDK. Parenthood is good but it's kind of bland at this point?

Forgot to add, they can also talk to each other for communication and attention though the big Blarfy is still better.

After my 100 baby challenge I felt this was v chill - only 3 toddlers seemed too easy. Well, when I played it was chill, this will probably be perfect chaos.
it was, thank you.
@@stinakms This isn't even the REAL "too many" toddlers challenge, anyway. Three? Pah! Us Sims 2 veterans know the pain of SEVEN. With no other adults allowed in the house until they grow up.
Ever.
Toddlermania is NOT limited-time, so any crazy person can do it any time they want. :P
Loving the mother gothel situation , "u can see the outside but you cannot leave!!"
the levitating evil demon baby had me crying in laughter lol
I can answer the basements thing for ya: Here in the midwest, we have to hide underground or the angry winds will come and kidnap us :) Plus, where else are you going to store your snowshovels and things?
People from the Midwest writing comments about hiding from the tornadoes almost fondly. It really amazes me. We get so used to mild weather in Finland that even a brief thunderstorm spooks us. And tornadoes are something only from nightmares. :D
@@ainoruoste9338 haha, yea same, tornadoes appear only in my worst nightmares lol, but i'm kinda used to thunderstorms(atleast in the summer, we have them almost every day here), but also i'm from Latvia
@@ainoruoste9338 I know, it's weird, sometimes, like...really scary weather things can seem kinda cozy and "It was hard, but man, we pulled together through that, didn't we?" in hindsight...if you're a kid. I remember gathering together a few of my fave things in a small blanket while my mom and dad grabbed some candles, the portable radio and the cat, and BOLTED for the basement, multiple times.
Heck, I even worked this into my main Sims 4 storyline--I moved the next gen to Newcrest, which I decided must be in "the Midwest" because it's so flat. (The game then heartily backed me up on that by having my character move in DURING A LITERAL BLIZZARD. Very first night there--blizzard.)
I had a chance number picked out ahead of time, and was secretly rolling a random number generator every game-day at midnight to see if It happened. After all, if this was "the Midwest", I was damn well gonna have it BE The Midwest.
One day that number came up--and BOY, was my Sim family glad to have a basement! I got them a bunch of foldable-looking furniture that looks like the kind of stuff you'd bust out of storage when needed, industrial-looking appliances, and turned the basement into a temporary (almost) everything room for them to live in for several days. Cramped, but it worked. I literally ERASED the entirety of the aboveground part of their house (3 stories!) and then used showhiddenobjects to put decorative (?) rubble pieces on the ground where it used to be. (And closed off the ceiling, so they couldn't casually wander above ground and show that everything was actually fine.)
That's how comitted I was to Midwestern Sparkle Motion. :P
She goes ahead and puts bags on their heads. YES! All Hail Gamer Queen.
Most Simmers: Why do I have to take care of three toddlers? This is insane!
100 Baby veterans: First time?
Family player : 3 ? that's easy ! my household had 5 toddlers at once.
@@piercedsiren And the Toddlermania challenge from Sims 2 involved SEVEN. One adult, seven toddlers, no nannies.
...no, I still haven't played it myself, and you can't make me. :P
Generation player
3 once,
Now i have one toddler and one infant
When you put the bag on a toddler's head...I DIED XDDDD
I ACTUALLY CONCLUDED THIS AND WAS ACTUALLY PRETTY HAPPY? the first two or three days, me and my adult sim understood why the moms with small kids seem all so exhausted. But after that, i discovered a way to make things easier (and at the same time, the toddlers became easier to deal with too). Took me 7 days in-game to conclude the scenario
I don't know about you but I finally played with the Pancakes household because of the finding love scenario and just started playing with Don Lothario for the toddlers challenge. (I had him have kids with all three Calientes so he must suffer his consequences).
"Why do you need a basement".... You've obviously never lived in the Midwest lol 🌪️
Them naders would get us if we didn’t have basements 😂
Why be so dramatic, just use the leafblower to blow the tornadoes in a different direction, it's just spinning air you guys 🙄
Some of my favorite childhood memories were of being locked in the basement. I was never scared being in the basement, it was leaving the basement that was terrifying. You just knew there was a creature under the stairs that would grab your ankles as you were walking up the stairs, or even worse chase you up the stairs. So, exiting the basement was much more terrifying and you learned quickly to do it fast and to never look back!
Oh yeah, and it was a great place to hide from Tornados.
YES I can remember going down to the basement with my family and the battery-powered radio several times as a kid in Iowa, whenever there was a "Tornado Warning" on TV. They never QUITE hit our town the whole time we were there, but came close a _lotta_ times.
She meant in the game.
As someone who has family that lives in the US's Tornado Alley, basements can be a good thing. Mother Nature cannot use her wind storms to pull them out of the ground. I also enjoy a good root cellar. Produce lasts longer meaning less waste and less spending. Which we can all agree is good.
She meant for the game.
You are a true southeastern when you can distinctly remember the smell of sprouted onion in a damp basement.
"I don't need to make sure they have a quality life, I just need to make sure they continue their life" my mom :)
I saw your comment on plumbellas latest video and it made me really happy bc you’re two of my favorite youtubers
When I have no choice but to have a child, my strategy with two parents is one parent works at night and one during the day, and the one that's home will be the one that teaches them animals and such. And mom will normally be the one to put them to bed and change the diaper and potty train.
XD “I don’t have an opinion I just hate babies”.
In all seriousness though played through it last night, Blaffy helped me the most with attention when the parent sim was passed out from exhaustion. I thought the challenge was so so but I did enjoy giving the kids high skill rewards like needs less sleep or something like that. Don’t get why it’s a limited time though, will they try to make us pay for it later?
I really don’t get the “limited time” gimmick. Do you get like a prize or an unlockable item like in sims free play? What’s the catch? I feel like they don’t need to be limited time
to my knowledge, you don't get anything, limited or not. these scenarios are pretty useless.
Did not check to see if more toddlers was allowed, so I disappointed to learn more is not allowed. I was already disappointed that it was limited time since toddlers are my favorite life stage.
Are you going to eat the food or throw a tantrum about it??
Omg… literally life with a real life toddler 😂😂😂
You get a whole 5k points for the reward store for each sim in the household, it's okay but I'd prefer an item or something more cause I'll never play with the sims I made again for these
If you leave food on the floor every once in a while and the toddlers are basically self sufficient.
I love how all the toddler clothing have *new item* on them. FGG really hasn't touched them 😂
FGG really be speaking out for those of us who don't like kids ='D
12:03 the dramatic timing of that lightning and thunder was soooo on point!
I did this scenario 3 times before I got it right, and it is easier if you don't make a complicated house, and that the parent is skilled. I am talking about maxed skills in cooking and gardening. The lot needs to be fenced in, and put in a garden, they get really happy eating real food--sort of. Or that maybe the sugar rush from the fruit. I picked my sim that had spellcaster powers, I forgot she had them, and she just did scruberoo to clean the potties out--too bad she could not scrubberoo the kids. Keep trying you can do this,--sort of. When they made it 3, I guess they didn't want to associate it with James Turner 7 toddler challenge. You had it easy for your first try. On my first try, I got a wild child, a hothead, and a clingy toddler. My sim almost died of exhaustion just getting through the first two days. On my third try, I got it done in 8 days, I wanted the toddlers to have level 4 in 4 skills.
James Turner's 7 toddler challenge? "Toddlermania" goes back to Sims *2* aka, as soon as toddlers existed in the franchise at all. But yeah, that's TOTALLY what I thought the challenge was gonna be. Only three surprised me--but then again, taking care of the triplets one of my Sims had BEFORE the challenge came out already kicked my ass anyway, so...
(She was also a spellcaster, but it didn't seem to do much good. This was also a Rags to Riches AND a single-matriarch house, by the way, so I couldn't get the dad over to help! I eventually devolved to pulling random produce ingredients out of the fridge and throwing them on the ground so the kids wouldn't freaking die. "Here! Eat this mushroom and SHUT UP!" At one point one of the kids was so starved for attention she went outside in the snow and started a conversation with the lemon trees....which...actually sounds like something her dad would do, come to think of it.)
It's easier with a tiny home too :)
the sims really get a kick out of making us miserable 😭
And people buy things from them still so its an abusive relationship.
i cant believe my insomnia allowed for a californian to be early to a british upload time
I completed the challenge on the third sim day. At first I let them do almost whatever, just made food and helped them go potty and read each to sleep. On the next I realized they had troubles with thinking skill so I thought them individually with cards until it was on level 2 and they could just stack blocks. On third day my last demon spawn got her thinking to level 3 and I was relieved I was done... I honestly don't like children at all, in real life or in-game, I got so frustrated when the toddlers cried or tried to mess things up or threw a tantrum...
I guess I had it wasy though, my toddlers were angelic, independent and I think curious was the last one?
3 toddlers? That's basicly what Vlad and her wife got in my save and that's clearly manageable
Let's try 7 instead
1:54 I'm used to do it with toddlers... BUT with one toddler at a time... oh sh!t you're gonna suffer FGG
3:30 Ow. So you can't actually make more than 3 toddlers. HOW IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE DIFFICULT?
This red lipstick really fckin' suits Sarah ngl 🤧✨
It's more about keeping them in than keeping others out I say as I bar my windows and lock fifty two deadbolts
I, too, would put bags on toddlers' heads when I play this scenario 😂
I enjoyed this scenario even though my patience for Sim todds runs thin.
Me in my 100 baby challenge with twins and triplets while having no money: three toddlers? Three?
"I have a thing for making things unnecessarily difficult for me" - relatable trophy aquiered ☆
IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN JANINE AND 3 BABY JANINES
I did this challenge with a dad who hates children, is exil and is a goofball. The toddlers were wild, fussy and silly. I only had one potty, one set of blocks and a dollhouse. The dad only helped with food and the potty skill. It was set to short lifespan. I completed it in six days. The only problem I had was with thinking because I didn't use a tablet and the tots only wanted to stack the blocks. Only took six days and the dad only cared about writing jokes.
When you have to make the challenges (scenarios, whatever) more challenging but even then it's easy lol
If you stay away from home - CONSTANTLY... Daycare will teach all their skills! Sounds horrible, but... Voila, the hands off approach. My Sims have better things to do lol
I always have 5⭐ toddlers! 😚
Literally holding my baby while watching this 😅
LMAO watching this video while trying to drink my morning coffee. When will I learn? NEVER!! haha
your right, they do want to watch you suffer, for me tho, just wanna watch someone do this challange.
I can only imagine how excited you are about the infant update that's coming soon!
I was going to try this scenario but I had already done the 7 todds challenge maxing every skill and they were all smelly and miserable and I saw "3 toddlers" I was like "Lol I played on hard mode", but it's normal for gamer girls (except the sims isn't a real game, everybody knows)
Damn it! She figured out our plan!
"I hate babies. I fucking love cats" literally me. I identify as an elderly hag with 10 cats in my 25.
'limited time"
three years later: "then why is it still here?"
Hahahaha, the floating Toddler made me burst into laughter xD xD xD
The fact that they don’t let you have a more challenging game is quite ridiculous honestly. Like wtf!
I do this all the time. I won't say it's not challenging but I was expecting more hahah
I have a toddler, they're nightmares. My son cried for 2hrs because he wanted milk. Yet, he refused to eat REAL. SOLID. FOOD.
I need basements for my potentially irrational fear of tornadoes. ☠️
Okay, I know it has nothing to do with the video but oh my, you have some of the prettiest brown eyes I have seen
i didn’t technically use cheats for this, but i beat this scenario in under 10 irl minutes. all i did was trap my toddlers in a room and labeled the lot as a micro home (to get their skills up faster), place down a blarffy for each child to get their communication skill up, a dollhouse for each for their imagination skill, building blocks for their movement skill and a tablet for their thinking skill. then i just spammed interactions on each item for them and sped it up to get level 3 for all 4 skills and beat the challenge really quick, it wasn’t too bad. 🤷
3:56 HELP THE CAPTIONS CALLED THAT MUSIC 😭
You and graystillplays🤝chaos
Happy happy happy got me 😂😂😂😂😂
She just said trans rights and we love her for it lmao
ok, so, in my 100 baby challenge, i am using the tablets to skill up the tods right? well, one glitched and stuck somewhere in the build and never turned off. i listened to it for literally 3 real life weeks before i blew up and bulldozed the lot and rebuilt my house. lol it was driving me up the wall!
No bathtub for the toddlers 😱 you want three stinky toddlers around?!
I liked the toddler scenario more then the other two😁
Oh I live in the southeastern us. You have a basement, or you have the ditch.🌪🌪🌪its called tornado alley for a good reason!
This was much longer than I expected. I thought FGG will last like 5 minutes after loading into the house, but look at her! Reading books to kids, even going there to watch them how to sleep, maybe she secretly loves babies O:)
Its only three. During my 100 baby challenge, I once had 5 toddlers at once. That was a bit chaotic!
Ohhhh, party foul! Missed opportunity TO make them related to you and use genetics to see what your fictional kids with Keanu Reeves would look like!
Pro tip: if you click on you simolesn account it deposits 1,000 without cheats turned on
I also made a baby yellow on this scenario she was the clingy one
As someone who's career is wrapped around children and parents, I will always choose spending time with children over spending a second with the parents. The parents are usually entitled, whiny, and so pompous...lol. I'm glad you alluded to that a coupla times.
I'm so glad its not just me being a hater lol tried it once, never again!...i have nerves, & I've exceeded my poo on the walls limit in life!😅🤣💖💚
They really made the baby need more attention then normal lol because after I finished it the toddlers started acting normal lol
I have the "hate children" trait
One day age up
Excuse me, did that toddler use the potty on their own without having the skill for it?
They can do that with the independent trait :)
@@YesReally1992 oh my, I didn't know that. Thank you!
@@YesReally1992 Really?! Omg, best. info. ever. I may or may not stop randomising toddler traits in big chaotic households...
2:26 my face when I see a baby
I accidentally had 3 babies with my main family once. My other sim asked my currently-playing sim if she should get another baby and I said yes. Didn't think anything about it. Said yes three times. But after three I wondered how often I said that. Did she just ask all the time bc of one baby or was it three different babies...?
Well yeah. When I returned to my main game I had three more babies. It. was. so. annoying.
13:05 😁
I cried in to many toddlers, no one heard me though😍😍😍😍💅💅💅💅💅
"The first thing I hate is basements. If you need another room, why do you need it to be underground?"

SOMEbody has never lived in the Midwest, I see. If you lived in Tornado Country, you'd KNOW why you need a room underground. Basements are for when the REST of roof over your head has literally blown away. :P
Love your eyeliner
"too many toddlers" for the dev = 3 toddlers. Bish, my sims who have triplets did that 3 times in her lifetime already, it's not special unles you literally never have kids in the game.
A bag on the toddler’s head lol
1:16 how when she says “yay” it kinda sounds like “EA”

Hey why not just hire a nanny and a butler, add a tiny kitchen in the kids area and lock the nanny and butler in with the kids. There's their needs taken care of while your sim is free to game and holiday as much as she likes.
I tried it last night and finished in 4 sim days, With what the game has for children, and to make it more real they had to eat and sleep. They followed their mother around and wandered around like a toddler would.
I actually find babies more infuriating than the toddlers. It annoys me that you can do so little with babies, at least toddlers are active and have personality. I meant all this in the context of the game, but this is actually my opinion in real life as well. I like toddlers/Pre-K. Those kids are insane, unreasonable, adorable, and hilarious. Makes me miss working in childcare.
I don't have a basement:P
I hate babie too, but I'm going to play this scenario.
0:14 same
I’m doing this now tans I added someone else to the house hold so my other sim could Actually sleep
It took me 5 sims days. I was pretty easy and fun. Then I deleted the whole family lol
Hey there Fakegamergirl!
I love your videos and I have a request to you if it's okay.
Have you seen Big Mouth on netflix? If yes, can you recreate the Birch family?
If no, then please watch it, because it's a really good show.
Anyways, that's everything!
I hope you have a wonderul day, bye!
I always think.. what if we are creating another reality and controlling it?

Dude how the fuck did you get to almost 250k subs so faaaast? Feels like yesterday when u only had 55k. GG!
10:20 toddlers are evil confirmed
This honestly just made me sad. It was actually hard to watch. I get not everyone likes or wants kids and that's totally valid and I support that, but it's one thing not to like kids and another to hate them and idk the language I see from a lot of people who don't like kids honestly just gets nasty sometimes (not saying FGG in particular or anything). Hating a person for who they are (including age) just sucks. I understand not having the desire to parent or the patience for dealing with children, but I have concern for some folks.
i just wanna say I love you 🥺
