A similar situation actually happened to my husband and myself. We had booked a specific room and we were told that we were too late even though the room had been book weeks before. Someone came in and they were given the exact room that we were arguing about. My husband at the time did not stand up for us, and said nothing. I will never forget that episode.😮
These able-bodied hotel employees should remember that it takes only one accident to put them in the same situation as this lady in the wheelchair is in.
The video with the manager at the restaurant the way he treated people was horrible. Especially when he came in to introduce the new hire and he was knocking on the table for the waitress. That was so rude and unnecessary. One thing for sure is he certainly had a high self-esteem. Which is not good in work environment.
The last guy was so intense to fire that awful manager. I was so caught up with the scene that I almost forgot this was just a staged scene. But I was cheering for the waitress so much.
I don't understand why they would treat this guest like this, let alone one in a wheelchair. The young lady seemed *particularly* reluctant to even try helping her, rolling her eyes and groaning *"Really?!"*
I disagree with the last video regarding the cronically late employee who does not let their boss know they will be late. In any work place that is a write up.
@@KittenLynnNonsense! What a very offensive statement to make. That’s what they used to say about BIPOC actors/actresses. There are plenty of disabled individuals who aspire to be actors/actresses. All they need is an audition. Representation matters!!
A suggestion is acceptable but an order sounds awful! What is this? Make new content……..use real disabled actors!! I am sure they have no problem with disabled people and that shows it clear in this video! They probably didn’t think to use a disabled actor As for new content, give them a break!
1st story: the employees got off lucky. 3rd story: I like the many ways to call someone old. It's rude and clever at the same time. Finally, "... I have no idea; I didn't know..." "It won't happen again..." The excuses are always so amusing.
Hi Can I ask when your actors are moving around so much the mics they have on it to much rubbing up against the clothing they are wearing you can hear through while they are talking.
Great video supermission, this will teach a lesson to all management teams

I would have sacked both.
Ive fired for a lot less than that
These two should have been fired! We also need new content!
In the first hotel video.
I agree 👍

Yeah, but that's not how you approach it. You don't talk to employees about that in public.
Fire them both
Love from boone iowa
I have seen the first story before it's not a new one why so many repeating stories in all your undercover episodes?
I 100% AGREE!!!!
Alot of channel been doing this lately. They keep posting long ass 30+ minute videos of old stuff.
MAKE NEW CONTENT!!! AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE ACTORS BEING DISABLED, USE REAL DISABLED ACTORS!!!!!
It isn't always possible to use real disabled people.
