- Access Hollywood spoke to “Sex/Life” star Sarah Shahi at the premiere of the second season for the steamy Netflix series which drops on March 2nd. Sarah who is in a real-life relationship with her costar Adam Demos revealed what it was like falling in love with him on set and teased what we can expect between the romance of their characters Billie and Brad.

What if the world was upside down and wrongs were never righted? Prayers for the ones I heard about that lost their lives and all those prior.
It was a satisfying ending, but she had to go through hell to get it. There's just one thing that bothers me about it, when did the character of Billie go through hell? Because if what she goes through in seasons 1 and 2 is hell, then sign me up. I wouldn't have minded that kind of hell after my ex cheated on me, and we split up.
Sarah is so beautiful i wish her the best of blessings she's a good actor as well as Adam

You are such a beautiful and it appears protected woman (from the powers that be) and have probably inspired a lot of women to live their best life in a happier way that encourages kindness and decency mixed in with a bit of bravery. Speak out against psychological operations used to traumatize victims and or acid attacks on women or other methods used to control them and you would be my absolute favorite woman. Hopefully the world realizes it.

Do they? I've seen a lot of young women try to emulate characters like Billie. They usually end up on social media crying that nobody will take them seriously. No, the audience this is aimed at won't realize this is false until it's too late. Look at how many think some guy like Brad is out there waiting for them only to find out guys like him don't wait around.
Why does she look so thin on the show. You can see every little bone in her chest and back 🥴. Not to thin shame, but she’s fuller in every other movie/show she’s in. It was jarring.
Had the same thought...she doesn't look healthy in S/L 2...and it sends the wrong signal to other women...that you only get hot guys, if you have the skinny body of a 16 year old...
Sarah looked noticeably thin in S2. Maybe she felt pressured to look good for all the sex scenes but she looked older and more tired. I think she looked great and more youthful in S1.
I thought the same, in S1 she was fine but S2 so thin 😢 I would never shame a woman and I even hate typing this but you could see how much weight was lost with her sagging skin in S2 😢
@@suzi-c I agree with you. We are not trying to shame her. I respect her work but her eating and exercise regimens have gone to the extreme. She has lost too much fat and she is still young which I find concerning. Seeing her sagging skin and bones is not flattering. It also doesn't suit the role either. Her character is not a body builder and her physique only ages her.
Maybe she looks thin because she lives with Adam Demos and is 7 years older than him. Let’s be honest he is really good looking. What woman would turn him down? I would never want that much pressure. Or maybe she is exhausted having 3 children to care for.

It's a series that's why it tries to justify Billie, in real life you are gonna get thrown out the very first ep itself... From any home....
With age you need to take up the responsibilities and grow up you can't act like a 19 yr old even after your 50s after having kids... And you need to make sacrifices for them you can't just throw off your good husband and lovely kids just for bigger D and your sexual adventures... I know Billie was a slutt before marrying Cooper but at least she should have taken up some responsibilities after getting married...
And can you name any series or movies where there is men infidelity and is justified like this series... I bet you you won't get it... Because men infidelity is considered an evil act while women infidelity is considered as a women empowrment act and forgivable and empathetic
Everything is wrapped up too perfectly... Cooper is still the whipping boy all season and the storyline is incredibly weak and boring. They do try to have conversations but the subjects are so boring compared to what was on the table last year. Season 2 seems more like a stretched out epilogue.
Stacy Rukeyser stated that Billie had to have a happy ending because she felt it wouldn't be inspiring to see Billie be miserable. She also stated this was definitely not meant to be a series final and had plans for a third season. All I can say to that is please just leave Cooper out of it. I don't know who's husband he's a stand-in for, but just stop. The character assassination he went through was just unnecessary. I get he's supposed to be angry and hurting, but turning him into a cheating asshole was beyond stupid. I've said before they didn't know the characters they were writing, and this season proves it.
Oh, and season 3, she wants to revolve around Billie and Brad having a baby. Because that is just so exciting. Especially with their ability to make such deep and fascinating characters and stories.
Totally agree... each episode had a different writer and director and it showed because some episodes people were weak or sad, other episodes they were angry or strong so it's like they never communicated and stayed on the same page, plus it seemed like they didn't know where they wanted to go with season 2... I can't believe they ever really had a direction they wanted to go if they had a third season. They say there were directions they'd go but I don't believe them...
People are always talking about something boring but every Season they are always there
@@mairyamberry1326 viewers are down 50% so they aren't always there. It's why netflix was so quick to comment that this show was cancelled. Sarah probably already knew when she said she'll never work with Netflix again.
