I like the herbs, i just cant be bothered myself with a baby and all. i use new sprout by mastoora along with their shampoo and oil. Its amazing and i dont smell like a herbal remedy 😂😂
You made just one mistake! What you made is a SEALANT OIL, sealant oils LOCK IN MOISTURE, but need the MOISTURE to lock in. WATER, ALOE VERA, SPRITZ anything that is water/liquid based APPLIED FIRST, then your beautiful oil to LOCK IT ALL IN; GIVING GROWTH, PROTECTION AND STRENGHT TO YOUR HAIR. Next time try it with a water based product first then apply your oil and see the difference.

Idea of making into cream is great also, looks amazing but it's more suitable for dry hair but not for oily
Just add mango butter to the list of ingredients and you'll have what you need for oily hair version.

With Shae butter it's harder to get out of locs but warm water wash might be able to help.

What’s the essence of blending the ingredients roughly and still sieving it? Can’t it just be blended smoothly and skip the sieving part of it?

Hi! When ur done with the mixture after strained it put it on the freezer for 1,5hour after that u can whisk it with a normal whisker until it foams and becomes a butter

Hi, I was really excited to do this hair butter and I did that today, however, I found it came out too light, any pointers on making thicker, like your product?
I suspect your oil is a bit higher than your base butter. I think adding more butter will help thicken it. And when next you’re trying it, add a lesser amount of oil. Too much oil makes it less thick and runny, and won’t allow it whisk into a butter properly.

If you don’t have a mixer, you can just make everything, then leave it to solidify, make sure to store in a cool place and keep away from direct sunlight so it doesn’t melt, and yeah, if you can blend to a fine powder, it’s totally fine

Must it get into the fridge to turn into the solid form again? Since power supply is really on the low side now.
Fridge is only going to fasten it, but I’ve seen people whip it even it it’s liquid state and it’s still comes out good. Just make sure the oils you add are not more than the butter.

I’ve seen people use blender but I don’t know how it works, if you don’t have a mixer, just put it in a fridge or let it solidify, then use it as a hair grease. It will still work

The uses you mean? You can actually infuse it further into an oil. Just add your carrier oil and let it sit in a cool dark place for couple of nights and you have your hair growth oil

You can put in a glass jar, fill with carrier oil of choice, store for as long as you want and when you think it’s ready, sieve out and you have your growth oil.
